I ordered a burger chips and chicken fillet when the order came there was no chicken fillets and totally the wrong burger! When I rung them up and told about the orders he gave me abuse and hung on me! Won't be going again

I wish I could of had no stars I’m so upset I ordered food on just eat they delivered first at the door they tell me it’s not the drink I wanted then the coleslaw was gross and watery the three portions or chips were all in one bag and it looked like 1 1/2 portions and when my 4year old son bit into the chicken he screamed for a drink I tried some and it was that spicy I could hardly eat it we started to eat pudding and my cheesecake was still frozen he refused to give me my money back and told just eat that the food was ok then a man shows up after with chips chicken nuggets and three bottles of fruit shoots like that’s going to make up for the disaster that was my treat for my kids!! What a waste of over £30

Chicken is nice and the chips are OK. Only thing I don't like is the customer service isn't always great. One guy in particular just hands you your food and doesn't say thanks, which I always do to him.

I been served by a guy who told me will take 6 minutes to prep my order. After 25 minutes he served first another customer before me and dont even apologise untill i get mad. This customer service is very bad and i wish no one of you that read this to order from this store.1. Very bad customer service2. Staff that dont know how long it takes to prep the food3. Very angry boss, that told me to not “abuse” there as their service was bad what a joke. Mister boss when you come from outside after you driving and go in the kitchen you was your hands first and after you touch the food.The angry boss refused to give a refund for bad customer service and long waiting time.I hope this feedback will help , i will never be a custome of this place.

I get take away from here almost every week. I love the food from here.Although last time i got food, some chips were cold. This is the only time this has happend. So i think over all, these guys are amazing!

The serving area looked really dirty and greasy, I had a chicken burger and chips, the chips were really thin, stuck together and hard and the chicken was hard on the outside and I spent the next 12 hours feeling sick with a dodgy stomach. Will definitely not be going back.

I ordered food at 19:49 said it was going to be delivered from just eat at 20:40 which came on time so delivery was fantastic. But the food quality was poor...The chips was cold and soggy. The chicken was cold like they both have been sat there for a long time. The chicken is having to go into the oven to warm up. Last of all they forget the drink. I don't know what has happened but my previous experience from them has been top notch!

Chicken was great, even more so because they fit I recommended to spilt his chicken all over Harrogate station barriers. All in all a good food place. Make sure you pick up your drink from a meal deal as they seem to forget about handing them drinks out
