Everything I've bought from here has broken, just outside of it's warranty. My £600 surface pro 6 now needs £380+ of repairs. The accompanying typecover I bought also had to be replaced. The only thing to break during it's warranty was the charger. Better off saving your money and just buying new from somewhere else. Thought I was doing a good thing, trying not to buy new tech all the time, but I've learnt my lesson.

Took my SLR camera to sell for cash at CEX EXETER but was told the condition of it wasn’t good enough, even though I originally bought it from this store and I hadn’t even used it!Also sold another camera but had to pay for a charging lead because when I bought the camera brand new it came with a continental plug!! So I had to have £2 deducted from the cash I got - ridiculous!!I also noticed generally a lot of their Blu-ray are priced at the same prices as brand new - CRAZY!!SHOCKING serviceAVOID at all costs.( I WON’T BE BACK )

Excellent shopping experience and a good selection of items,I had a couple of older games consoles and games and decided to use the online service and to see what the process was like?Well from start to finish was very easy,I started with scanning all barcodes then you are given 2 pricing options cash or voucher,I opted for voucher as they give you more back,Made sure consoles were working and all complete,packed everything in to a secure box and took to post office which even includes free postage,Was emailed within a week with final price I was very happy with the amount they offered,I will use the voucher for purchase of a smart watch I'm after,Great shop for bargain's
