Outstanding design, quality & workmanship.We used BagnoDesign to renovate our downstairs bathroom recently and we were thrilled with the results. Duncan & the team did a great job in understanding what we were looking for from a design viewpoint and made sure we were really happy with everything before we finalised the plans. Once the job itself started, the workmen were amazing – really lovely guys with top-quality workmanship (they were also extremely tidy) – we felt in very safe hands. During the work the team at Bagno made sure everything was to our satisfaction and they followed up really quickly when we had a small snagging issue. It was a very pleasant (and painless) experience overall and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

What a terrific find . I was driving along Great Western Road and was immediately drawn by the window display. I was impressed by the service and after giving a brief outline of what I was looking for ,before I knew it they had designed and recommended a beautiful bathroom .I have since had the bathroom completed and I am absolutely delighted with the results. The quality of the products and design make for a extraordinary bathroom.I would recommend if anyone is looking for something wonderful, with great service and aftercare to take a look before going elsewhere.

Very poor value, under supervised and left to mediocre sub contractors.A lot of pain for a huge amount of money.As for SNAG fixing forget it!

Drop Dead Gorgeous!The staff were very well informed about their beautiful products,very approachable and with the emphasis to make sure we got what we wanted rather than push to secure a sale.Given time to consider and with confidence in the company .....we bought a super shower door and vanity unit. We were more than delighted to have their fitters do their magic. Without any trouble or mess they did a great job and were meticulous to the requirements of our shower room.A very pleasant, painless way of spending money wisely.

Duncan designed the perfect bathroom for us after a consultation where we outlined (vaguely) what we wanted.

We got our main bathroom done by this company approx 2/3 years ago. In my experience they did a fantastic job from start to finish. From design to installation, all the staff and guys on site were professional and and provided excellent workmanship. I cant quite remember the staff except i remember a guy called Lee did most of the work， with a greek guy(i think) doing the tiling. They were excellent at their job. I must say they are a bit pricier than most other companies, but i do believe you get what u pay for. If i needed a bathroom done again and had the extra money to spend then i would def use them again. This is based on my experience a few years ago. I must say i am surprised at the recent poor reviews but hope it is a few isolated cases.

They've done two bathrooms for us and one for another family member. Excellent design and workmanship. Highly recommend them
