This place needs better management. We stopped here at the drive thru 3 years ago and there were massive delays because their card machine wasn't working and when we eventually got our food, they gave us the wrong food...Roll on to November 2023 and we ate in... We didn't realise till we had ordered that it was the same place. My bun was dry. The tables were over 50% in need of clearing, the bins were overflowing, the men's loo was out of order, one of the cubicles in the ladies' was out of order. The latch on the disabled loo was about to fall off. One of the 2 drinks machines was out of order. It needs some focus from a senior manager who knows what they're doing.I don't want to whinge too much as the staff were polite enough but it really wasn't what you should be able to expect...

As soon as I walked in it was very clean and tidy, staff were clearly making an effort to make the dining area ready for customers. Great, welcoming service from staff today being very helpful when I was asking questions and helping me navigate the Burger King app (which has great deals by the way!). Food was prepared fresh, presentable and hot and service was quick and cheerful. Toilets were very clean and so was the kitchen area. Amazing improvement from the past visit, would highly recommend to anyone!(Breakfast items are great and cheap!)

The staff were efficient, friendly and supportive and a real credit to Burger King.Today I had ordered two veggie burgers on the Burger King app whilst waiting for someone to collect me. The staff were able to track and prepare the burgers for me in minutes.The person forgot to collect me and I was there waiting in Burger King for several hours. The staff allowed me to stay there beyond the closing time to charge my laptop and phone.It was really kind and supportive of them and they really do credit to the Burger King name.

The food was nice, but there were a lot of items unavailable which was disappointing. The restaurant really needs renovating as it's looking rather shabby. The Gents were out of order and the whole place looked like it needed a good brush and mop. Didn't see a single table being wiped down either the whole time we were there.

I'm not sure what is going on at burger king winwick but twice now I have had wrong and cold orders...No Lettuce means No Lettuce my mum chokes on lettuce think goodness I plated the burger and fries because lettuce was on her burger. Why did I plate it up because a 2 minute drive to mums house and everything was cold so microwave was required.

Better than the first time I dine in. Food were hot and fresh. I came at night and the restaurant looks clean. Staffs are nice. Just face a little problem on the machine when I want to use my reward

Rather a sad fast food restaurant, possibly the least enticing place I have ever visited! I used their loo after visiting B&Q next door and was going to buy a tea, but the state of the toilets, which I'm sure the staff must use, looked dire and really put me off. I've never taken a picture of a loo before!! There were flies buzzing about and a big insect on the floor. Actual loo looked disgusting. Compared to the Lymm Motorway services just down the road which is fantastic by comparison.

For atmosphere, if i could put 0 stars, i would’ve done.Went in when it was pretty much empty, all the tables were dirty and unusable, had to clear and wipe my own surfaces.Went to use the toilets, never seen worse toilets!! there were flies and bugs and looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long while.

This place needs shutting down! The state of the place.I went though the drive through and had to go back into the restaurant and I was shocked at the state of the place filthy tables and a staff member sat on the counter chatting to one of his colleagues I couldn't believe my eyes! I had to demand that my food was remade as it was stone cold. I was told I needed to wait. That's fine I would rather wait several hours as long as I get home food! I paid over £24 for 2 meals! I expect hot bloody food. Never have I had such a bad experience at any burger King. This one is so bad!Headoffice needs to get into this place!

Usually come here once a week and use the drive through. Massive queue today so went to order inside. Saw 4 members of staff. 1 didn't have a clue what he was doing. While waiting for my order I witnessed a member of staff taking chicken burgers out of the fryer, tipping the cooked food into a storage tray. 2 burgers missed the tray and the staff member picked them up with his bare hands and placed them in the storage tray. No sign of any of the staff washing hands. Service in general moves at a snails pace. No sign of a manager of any sort keeping an eye on what is going on.
