Amazing bikes IV purchased 3 so far and all are very well built and easy to maintain. I choose to assemble ours and was very easy to do. The customers service is very good keep you informed of delivery and answer all questions you may have. Looking forward to purchasing more in the future. I can't recommend this company enough if your after a good bike or quad definitely go to this company.

They are great when you buy the bike and cannot fault that.However if anything goes wrong then they are not interested, promise with no dates and then flat ignore you.I have had a rear light issue from the day after it was delivered and have given them 3 months before writing this review as fed up with getting ignored. It seems that you should expect no warranty or recourse for faulty goods.Happy to repost if this springs them into action!

Admittedly at first we could have some delivery problems with this it was down to a mistake on eBay after contacting the boss he sort this out rather than wait for another delivery I was in the area he would more than happy me for come and collect a bike which I did it's a lovely little bike so it's only lost 1 pointers for the the bit of messing around at the beginning the side of that nice guy did everything he could to help

I have bought mini dirt bike for my son. From day one it was not right whick I have reported to seller. I managed to fix fuel supply fault but that was not over. Bike lost power and become unrideable. I reported this again and sent video. Seller have admited that it is strange fauly and said that will send me replacment engine which I thought it was fair.seller has apologise for this and even asked if I can leave positive review once I will have new engine. I have received tracking number from dhl and all looked fine. Day after engine should be delivered on tracking website it showed status delayed. I have contacted seller again and they said that it has been collected and will try to find out whatbis going on. I have called dhl direct and they said that parcel never been collected from seller and need to contact them. Now they do not answer my calls, emails or messanger. Absolute disgrace. Avoid if possible

Very poor customer service, had an issue with an electric dirt bike to which they responded after several attempts of contact with a solution to 'fix' the issue and was told to contact them if the problem continued which it did, although they then continued to ignore my emails and am now having to reclaim my money through my credit card. Warranty means nothing when it comes to this company who are clearly happy selling faulty goods!

Bought a 49cc scooter, I originally used the 4 stroke instead of 2 stroke oil, which was a problem so I had to strip it all down etc clean out carb, anyway got it running lovely, but anytime i go to pull away it dies. I’ve asked for help. My calls & emails were ignored until i called up on a withheld number, i was asked to send video of the problem which i did and 6 days later no response still. Customer service is lacking and I won’t be fobbed off again, I suspect he’s waiting for the 30 days to expire so he has no responsibility to replace parts.UPDATE1 star review changed to 3 stars after new engine finally sent out after leaving this review.

Do not buy from this company!! I have been emailing them since I bought the quads in JanuaryI bought two quads in January and they have been used a max of two hours in totalI have send the Quads to a friend of mine who is a professional in motorbikesHe has said in his professional opinion these quads are not fit for purpose and he has said they are unsafe for the use of children.He has informed me the fuel line has actually melted away on one of the quads and they are just not safe for my children to use.The quads constantly cut out and just are not fit for purpose at allAs stated previously my children have only used these quads for a maximum of two hours in total, they just don’t run!!I will require them to be collected and a full refund

We purchased a quad bike from another supplier for our son for Christmas is 2019. After a couple of months the quad failed to work and we couldn't get answers or parts from our original supplier. After repeated contact with them and us struggling to find parts for nearly 6 months we were recommended Mini Bikes Off Road. They have been amazing! After speaking with Sam and Clair, we discussed what parts we needed and they sourced and shipped them for us so quickly. After a few different orders of parts, the quad bike is back up and running and it sounds better than ever! We can't thank the team enough for helping us to get the quad bike fixed. Now our go to company for anything quad related. Would highly recommend and can't thank them enough for all their help!

Got a 49cc off this company for my sons birthday in May and had done all the right instructions in terms of mixing it with 2 part (fuel and oil) but the engine still seized. My wife has sent them a few emails and first of all they replied trying to help but then after chasing them up they just ignore you. Your better off saving your money and going elsewhere.

I ordered one of the electric Quads for my sons birthday. I had a call the following day arranging delivery, the quad was delivered right on time. It was pretty easy to assemble (wheels, handle bar, stickers) and looks great, cant wait to see my little boys face when he see's it. Great service and great product by Mini bikes off-road! Thank you.
