York Apartment

Lovely flat in a great location....However no hot water during our stay... rang the number a lady helped over the phone.. still didnt work.. left a message nothing!!We had central heating for approx an hour and the flat was freezing!There was dirty towels in the washer!And some of the pots and pans in the cupboards had ro be rewashed before use.Not being able to have a shower for the weekend is unacceptable.I would not reccomend and would certainly not book again!!

Bettys York apartment ,a bit of advice to anyone booking this apartment .DONT as they have a habit of cancelling on you .Cancelled me on seven days before we were due to go ,but I am not the first someone got cancelled on the day before , and there are others.BE WARNED.
