I needed new tyres before a weekend 600mile drive. No one else could help me, but they went above and beyond staying open late to make sure I could safely go on my journey.Super service, thanks!

Chris and his (son?) Dan leave Amber on reception to enforce their dishonest will. I feel sorry for her. None of them divulge their surnames, which should make you suspicious.Note reviews on here are mainly 1 star ( authentic ) and 5 star. (perhaps not).I'd had to jump start my car twice, so just after closing time I asked at Black Swan if I could leave the car there with a view to getting a quote when they opened tomorrow. I did say, could you just check the battery's not completely dead?" as I know there's a little gadget that finds this out in 5 seconds. I know I should have asked 'Will you charge me for this?' .Next day

AWFUL!!!!One of my seats were broken so my car was booked in for a mot and it failed (I knew it would) I then booked the garage to fix the seat a few days later.It was “fixed” passed its mot, and was paid for.A few weeks later when I went to fold down the seat it broke again, coming off it’s runners. I rang the garage explained that I had just paid them to fix the seat and how it’s broken again.Today the car went back to be fixed a second time. The garage call and try to tell me that the first fix was a “temporary fix to get it to pass the mot” and that that was explained to me at the time.This would have never been agreed by me, it’s incredibly dangerous ( it would have been a seat used for a child). The garage then went on to say how I’d need to pay to have the seat fully removed, inspected then parts ordered in, at additional cost to myself .Needless to say I picked the car up and will look at getting it repaired properly at another garage.Avoid at all costs!! Very unprofessional and clearly are happy to bodge jobs and do “temp fixes” to then try and get you to pay out more.

Bought a car from this garage, car had multiple faults and dangerous issues which popped up between Friday evening and Monday morning so car had to be returned after 3 days. Would avoid at all costs!! and now reading other google reviews I realise I'm not the only one who's experienced issues here.Take your money and business elsewhere!

Excellent home service. The technician spotted the ordered tyre had a slightly different tread to the current tyre so he didn't fit the ordered tyre, he got the office to get another correct tyre same day and returned to fit. Fantastic service.

Yesterday my tyre blew out and needed an urgent replacement just outside Farnham. The kind mechanic at Black Swan tyres dropped everything to replace our tyre so I could get back on the road safely with the kids. I couldn't recommend this service and incredible customer service enough. Becs Phillips

Such lovely people to deal with and very professional. I had a slow puncture and needed it fixed urgently. They managed to fit me in, despite being busy, get the tyre at a really reasonable price within 2 hours and get me back on the road safely. Will definitely use again.

I have just picked my car up from Black Swan after having a exhaust fitted. They were the cheapest I could find locally, gave me a set price and even loaned me a courtesy car. The customer service is faultless. I will be using them again and letting my friends know they are fantastic. Thank You.

Chris and his team have been nothing but patient and helpful with my new car purchase. When finding the car on Autotrader I contacted Chris to view it. His wife Jennifer was there to meet me and allowed me to look the car over and test drive it. Upon returning I spoke to Chris about some issues I noticed, he promptly promised to have those rectified before I purchased it. Being a somewhat impatient individual I took the car on the day of purchase and agreed with Chris to bring it back once parts had arrived. Unfortunately work messed me around with being able to get the car back but Chris was extremely considerate and patient and managed to get it in the workshop on a Saturday.I can't fault the service or the manner in which I was treated. I would definitely recommend and buy from here again.
