i just speak with one of your very rude agent andhe just hung up my phone suddenly.very very poor customer service and rude.i want to return my item and they said i will have to pay return postage fees and also they will charge £5 for handling return.this is against the UK comsumer refund right and i will report to watchdog UK.

Very very poor company... Shocking management skills. Very poor hygiene in the workplace. Very poor storage of 'food grade' materials. I would not even allow my pet dog to eat/drink anything that came in a container produced by this company.

Such a difficult company to do business with. Emails are never replied to and phone calls barely ever returned. Had to find a different supplier in the end.... I hope things improve as we used to use their packs and they were great.
