This is quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service. I first called and checked then had availability for a set weekend, confirmed yes. Then as there was a deal on purchased a voucher and went back to Netley Hall and placed my reservation. Booking was confirmed by email and so far so good. Then two weeks before I was going due to arrive I have a voice mail to call them. Call back and speak to the manager who in the most condescending manner said were double booked it was an interns fault and you can either have your money back or book another date. Wow I thought. So in a nut shell the week I had booked was Valentines weekend, coincidently my girlfriends birthday weekend and our anniversary. The plan was to ask her a very big question and probably ask the hall about having our wedding there.Now the really big thing I have about is why this Hall has done what it has. The intern (who is a complete scape goat) checked the booking system twice and confirmed availability and put the order through. Her manager then has looked at the booking seen that this was a voucher and not a cash on the valentines weekend and cancelled the order. I feel is pure discrimination as it’s going to be a busy weekend and as it is a voucher deal they obviously treat these customers as second rate. I can’t stand snobbery and the fact I used the deal is because I saw it not because I try to save money all the time. When you have a £10k wedding saving fund available I could have planned this anywhere.The attitude of the manager was appalling it was literally refund or different date. The least I would of though as a gesture would be a refund and a different night. Which to be honest we would not of used, purely out of principle. So after explaining my plans, emailing twice (with no response) and leaving me less than two weeks to plan one of the most important weekends of my life, I decided to get a refund. This was met with more bad attitude from the manager telling me I need to contact the voucher company she can’t help was her response.The worrying fact about this as well is this is all before I got there I could only imagine once they had cashed my voucher or if your reading this your money. It would be sorry about that it’s the interns fault.Also website is hardly ever working, email seems to never work and attitude of them is disgraceful. If you do want to chance it with poor customer service, bad attitude, snobbery, discrimination and this all before you arrive then Netley Hall is the place for you.

Had an amazing time, will defiantly be visiting again! Couldn't ask for more from a paintball site.

Fantastic organisation. The kids had a great time doing the low impact paintball. Well organized, good value for money and so friendly.

The team @ Shropshire Paintball were excellent. Had a party for my 10 year old -& 6 friends & they all loved it. The team could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend. A great day was had by all!

Absolutely fantastic. Great afternoon for my brother's stag. Very helpful, chilled out bunch of guys who made sure we had a right laugh. All the lads had a great time. Wouldn't hesitate in booking again.

Joe and the guys were great for my sons 9th birthday party.

Staff here are awesome. Me and my misses came for here first time they was brilliant. The site was fantastic had so much fun even though I stood in a puddle and it went over my football boots. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming again. Cant thank the staff enough for all there help. Thank you very much

As stated by the other reviews, the grounds are fantastic. If you are looking for a relaxing idyllic weekend out in the countryside then this is the place for you. Just commenting on the above review which has clearly been fabricated to slant this establishment - there were in fact at least 3 separate cleaners and 3 ground maintenance staff.- commenting on the private equestrian centre seems to be rather pointless in these circumstances I would say, but if we must comment then let's get it right shall we - the hall employs two full time grooms (people that look after the horses), they receive free accommodation in a 2 bedroom house with full livening amenities.All in all I think it's best to give it a go rather than listening to the negativity found in some of the reviews

Had an amazing morning paintballing for my birthday, really loved the Arena and the staff were a great laugh! Ace day :) :)

Really great day out, good value for money, and a great field setup for the games.
