Delicious and nutritious! Skinny Slabs makes guilt-free desserts, and I love the brownies and blondies best! I know they deliver in Cambridge and they’re a perfect treat for your guests if hosting a party. We enjoyed seeing them at the Great British Food Festival this summer too!

Erythritol is the reason for my low star review. The service was very nice but so sorry but I didn't enjoy the taste, sweetness or grainy texture of the brownies - we shared two different ones between two of us at home. So I checked the ingredients on the website and realised that they were made with erythritol. I didn't know that when I bought them at the food fair. I know erythritol is classed as natural as it is a sugar alcohol, rather than an artificial sweetener, but it does have an aftertaste and is a lot sweeter than sugar. It was too much for me, I'm afraid, as was the gritty feel of the the granulation. Erythritol doesn't suit everyone health wise either. It's my fault that I didn't like them because I should have asked more about the ingredients before buying, but I only spotted that they were described as healthy brownies made with all natural ingredients and was pleased to see there were gf options and it didn't occur to me that they might be made with a rather sweet sugar alternative that impacts on flavour and texture. So I have learnt that I should ask! Obviously other reviewers weren't as sensitive as me as you have very positive reviews but maybe ingredients might be more obviously signed on a stall, so that others who are sensitive to erythritol flavour, texture or after effects can avoid buying the brownies that contain it.

Visited their stall at the Bury St Edmunds food market and I was a bit doubtful at first but I am so glad I bought one as it was absolutely delicious and you would not know that it was healthy it tasted amazing.

I purchased the skinny brownies at Rushden Lakes, I’ve had lower-fat treats before that are dry and bland but these tasted so nice my whole family enjoyed them. Will definitely purchase more.

Have had one of these slabs at a festival!! Insanely tasty and unbelievable that there's so little sugar and calories. Will be buying again for sure!!!

I’ve just placed my first order, and whilst I’ve yet to try the treats themselves (although judging by the pictures / general hype, I’m sure they’re very deserving of five stars!), I can’t fault the customer service. The menu is of the most extensive — and exciting — I’ve seen; choosing a flavour was a feat in and of itself, there were so many to pick from! The base ingredients are unexpectedly wholesome, but make no mistake: the toppings are as decadent and delicious-sounding as you could possibly hope for. Every one of my questions was answered quickly, and every effort was made to make placing my first order a seamless experience (from the customisation down to the delivery options). As someone new to this business, I’m so impressed. I’d gladly recommend it to anyone — and I can’t WAIT for my slabs to arrive!
