This care" company has got to be THE WORST company I have ever come across. I would advise anyone thinking of using them to provide "care" to a loved one to avoid them at all costs. It has been a complete shambles from day one. Constantly having to make complaints which are not rectified. No phone calls returned on most occasions. Some reception staff beyond rude. Had concerns around my mums health and safety and asked for a certain member of staff to be removed from the rota but they didn't listen and kept him on it..... Very worrying and totally unacceptable and disrespectful to the family. Leaves me with no choice but to report them to the CQC.DISGRACEFUL COMPANY."

I have worked here nearly 7 years and it’s understandable to have ups with down but I can sincerely say I have the best work family that’s supported in everything and always there for me and do what they can to help me whether work or personal life.

Absolutely appalling services. In fact I've been waiting for over a month for them to ring me back with regards to a long list if complaints I have made! I am of course in the process of taking matters further. I would advise anyone to stay well clear of this company. They failed to take my mam to the toilet, brought their boyfriend into her home, would leave her to eat knowing she was unable to carry out such a task, turn up late or sometimes not at all, give wrong medication, get keys muddled up to her property.... the list is endless. In the end we had no alternative but for my mam to go into a care home as I would not let this company look after my dogs let alone my mam.

Disgustin service

The office staff are appalling, they never call back as promised 4x ,,,, totally rude and flippent, they drag the care workers moral down and don't answer their calls so they tell me, social worker got involved and told me that a member of staff from the office would call me back about arrival times and never did, Sue promised to call back about times as my fully incontinent mother was left 15:5hrs without care. Julie promised to get a morning call for hospital visit by 8:30 and the carer showed up at 10am. Danielle never returned calls as promised after mum getting care for 6 weeks from them and still unable to give a time slot, the only one with any sense in the office is Rachael. Fortunately the staff that see to my mother are generally extremely good . The office staff deserve _-5* minus, avoid this company .John, son of Florence . Aged 96...
