Top place! I got a new I phone 6 screen (£200 at Apple) and screen protector for 49.99 and it was done within 20 mins! It’s been a few weeks and it works perfect. Very polite too!! Highly recommend.

We have used this business on several occasions and couldn't be happier. It is only a small business but the people running it are very friendly and helpful, what they don't have in stock they can find and supply it. The choices and prices are very competitive a great little shop for your electronic needs.

Recently tried to sell a tablet. Guy from pc & phones world quoted £60. Went to cex exchange in Newcastle and got £120. Don't got there they are thieves.

Walked in with severely damaged iphone7 (lost & recovered). Went for coffee and an hour later walked out with a like new phone. Charge for new screen and clean up a lot less than half Apples charge. Very professional and pleasant service. Don’t believe the reviewer who says cash only credit cards are welcome.

When EE quoted me £949 to repair the glass back of my Oppo phone, more than the new value of the phone, needless to say I looked for an alternative service. I'm so pleased that I came to PC & Phones World in Morpeth. They replaced the back with an OEM part for £65! Excellent job, thank you.

Got in same day to get my ipad screen replaced, prices are cheap and was fixed within the hour. Very friendly service, took card payments and allowed my dog in. Got a case and screenprotector fitted, will definitely recommend and use again!

So impressed with the service I recently received. Needed to get my daughters Mac book repaired and they fixed it within days. Did a fantastic job, replaced half the unit (needed entirely new screen and casing) with brand new replacement for half the price of apple! Lovely staff… highly recommend!

I came here a couple months ago with a broken screen on my Iphone 12. They told me it would be £100 cash as their 'card reader had broken' and would be 30 minutes. It ended up taking a couple hours in total to fix it and told me they had to put a new battery in which I had to give them an extra £100 for on top of the £100 I had already given them for the screen. When I returned home my phone started to glitch, the battery lasted less than an hour from fully charged and it had a warning saying the battery in my phone was not an apple battery and was not safe. I took it back to the shop and told them the issues, they told me they could fix it in about a week and so I gave them my mothers phone number so they could call me when it was done. 2 weeks later no call so I returned and they told me they cant fix it as they need a new motherboard and to leave it with them for another 2 weeks. Again heard nothing from them so went back to the shop myself and was told they now needed my iCloud password to fix it. Obviously that was not going to happen so I told him he shouldn't need that to fix what he has broken with my phone at which point he started to get visibly upset and started shouting at me and got extremely angry at which point I left with my totally unusable phone and £200 poorer. Do not trust the people here they are absolutely disgusting.

Fantastic service! These guys replaced by badly shattered iPad screen in just 1 hour! All done for a very good price too. Highly recommended. Many thanks!

Got my phone screen replaced, noticed a white dot on the screen, took it back they put a new one on. New one smashed no more than 2 weeks (I had a tempered glass screen protector on) broke the screen but not the protector. Screen would sometimes not come on I’d have to turn off the screen on and off a few times for it to respond. Sometimes it would just do its own thing scrolling pressing things not letting me do anything and by locking it it would fix it but it was so annoying and not worth the £80!!! Got it replaced in ashington £5 cheaper as well and the screen is on no problem no white dot nothing, works perfectly. Would not go again.
