I visited the store in January and was very pleased with the service I received from Pablo. He helped me with buying some hard flooring for my kitchen/diner. He was attentive and always there to help me from purchase to fitting. The flooring looks great. Pablo called me the day after the installation just to make sure I was happy. That’s what I call Customer Service!

After buying carpet here last year and because of the service we received, we decided to use Carpetright again for the living area, kitchen and utility room. Pablo was very informative and helped me choose the best product to suit our needs. They are happy to come back at different times to fit as and when the building work is completed. I found him very accommodating, helpful and always has a cheery disposition. They guy that came out to measure was good, also offering advice. He was friendly and personable, nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this store.

I visited the store recently and was pleasantly surprised. Not only was there a great selection of carpets to choose from for my living room but I also received some excellent advice from the manager about underlay. I think his name was Andrew or Andy maybe.

If I can offer lower star-rate I will, but 1 star is the min.I receive horrible experience and result, I needed to directly reach the store to complaint for the result after fitting day. The fitted LVT is not even and the measure staff is not professional at all. The only response I received is I cannot help you. No one can give me any resolution at the store, just ask me to wait for the store manager to comes back who is now on leave and will come back in 2 weeks time. Means I can do nothing but sit and wait for 2 weeks, then more time to wait for the follow up.I had written and submit three complaint letters on the website, please go and check what I had submitted.

We have yet to have the carpet fitted but the service so far has been excellent - both in-store and when the surveyor came to the house. Helpful, efficient and well organised.

Andy was so helpful!! He deserves a Golden star!!! Highly recommend that you check the invoice before purchase. We got a unwanted item and prices in the invoice. And a mistake of Low stock and No stock. Luckily we got Andy to fix all the problems, and he can arrange the fitting in a week for us while is so so helpful. Highly recommend this store.
