Lovely little shop with a good selection and helpful staff.

Messages were so helpful in helping me to pick balloons for my partner’s birthday, the balloons turned out lovely and we were so happy with them. They even offered to take them over to the local venue for us which was so helpful, will always use them going forwards!

Honestly…rudest staff ever!! Was speaking at work about my experience hadn’t realised how this was such common knowledge.I’m newish to the area. Such a shame because ladies on the other side to the balloon side are so lovely.

I simply asked help to find a gift for a child. The lady made me feel unwanted and inadequate in the shop , She was annoyed by my questions. I didnt expect this from an independent shop where one pays more money than elsewhere.

Always great products and low prices. Really friendly staff. Well worth a browse...with things on sale you didn't realize you wanted!

Worst place I have ever worked for, being made to feel so inadequate, I was a hard worker, treated customers with kindness and respect, something I never got back from my bosses, just horrible, I felt so uncomfortable the way I was made to feel, when colleagues were degraded in front of me, I have a daughter the same age as one of employees, if I thought or knew she was being treated like the way you treat them, I would be fuming, disgusting. Girls loved working with you, but not being made to feel so horrible from the bosses x

I honestly wouldn’t know where to start!Generally the worse ever experience the old women who is either the manager or owns the shop, is the most arrogant rudest human being I have ever come across has an attitude like a pig towards paying customers….I came along in the shop asking some question and some advice by one of the younger lady’s the old lady butted in my conversation half way through jumped down my throat and insulted me terrible I willnever ever use this service ever again… her prices are extremely high compared to other shops her balloons do not last past 2 days.On whole I went on to shop else where with much better prices.Card factory ware a lot nice ladies.

Poor customer service skills.Extremely over priced compared to else where.Two young girls there was friendly however the old lady was extremely rude no customer service or general people skills…never ever had such a worse experience in my life in just general asking question!Want to say for anyone thinking of using this women’s service to go ahead to card factory who’s is in fact half the price to what she chargers and a lot more friendly staff….Over rated…never can park…extremely over priced, for balloons that do not last past 1-2days.

I was very disappointed when I asked for a personalised balloon as the hand writing was like a child had written the message on the balloon and the gold glitter is awful very dark gold looks like something from china!The hand writing wasn’t even straight let alone neat !! All written in lowercase too!It may only be £5 for this ballon but I was not happy at all!Over all the shop is brilliant got some beautiful things in there but I wouldn’t recommend this shop for personalised balloons people !!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Managed to get exactly the balloons I needed at short notice. Great place to get party items.
