Friendly and helpful staff, very easy process and probably one of the cheaper rentals in Leeds. Car was nearly new and clean when we picked it up. Only two tiny issues if you want to nitpick. The fuel should be full when you send the car out so it's easier to work out when we bring it back. Also the car had obviously been smoked in at some point and they've tried clean the smell out. It did fade to almost unnoticeable by the end of the week.

Really helpful and keen when buying a car from them, but rushed us into taking the car when it hadn’t been prepared properly to get it out before the end of the month. Car was left with a dangerous steering issue that I paid to fix as I didn’t want to drive the car any further. Skoda agreed to reimburse me for the repairs, but still waiting 6 weeks after submitting the invoice for it to be reimbursed. Extremely disappointed

My car was taken in on monday, and what a great job done. I want to say a big Thank you to Charlotte service advisor for getting my car in straight away. You have the heart of gold and always pleasant and smiling, always putting your customers first. I received my car back and it feels like new again. What a great job you do. I was so excited when it came back. See you again soon.

Where to start with this review, having been someone who is a regular car purchaser and have done so from all over the country, I can only say that this purchase has been the best one ever. I first approached D.M. Keith after viewing a car on the internet and being 400 miles away was blown away by the service supplied by the salesman Nick Hunter. After a detailed description of the vehicle and a discussion regarding my trade in I was very pleased with the deal. With it being month end a lot of cars were being prepared at the dealership but Nick kept me informed of the progress of the preparation of the car so as I wouldn’t have had a wasted trip down. The services available from the company were clearly presented and in all a very pleasant experience. This was then followed up by a courtesy chat with the branch manager who enquired if everything had been clearly explained and if I had any issues to give them a call. A courtesy call was then received the following day to make sure I was happy with the car of which I’m delighted. I should also mention the price. This was by far very competitive and I would have no concern about anyone using this company to deal with especially the Škoda one in Leeds. Thank you Nick for a 1st class service

I felt we received good advice and Nick went above and beyond to make the process easier and help us get the car we wanted. The after sales support has also been brilliant. Nick who sold me the car was lovely, very friendly and personable and the two stars DOES NOT reflect anything about him, I would give Nick 5/5 HOWEVER the customer service from the service department after I purchased the car was and still is shocking.The car is faulty and they claimed to have fixed it but it continued with the issues the minute I drove away- tried to book it back in and that was a bloody farce that never came to fruition.Worst car I’ve ever owned.

Went in to have car evaluated for finance deal, not due replacement until Sept 2024. Saleswoman Callie-Jo was introduced to us, initially I felt as though decision had been made we weren’t going to be purchasing a car then it felt a bit rushed. However, once the numbers were coming in and it was positive we were presented with all the information and our options, Callie was exceptional in allowing us time to discuss it and not pressure was felt. I was offered test drive of automatic which Callie made me feel at ease with been new to automatic I was little nervous. We signed a deal and the after care following this was great, keeping to timelines, clear communication. The after care has also been great from Callie-Jo so much so my partner is likely to return for a Škoda and will be requesting Callie-Jo. The car itself is a newer version of what I was already in, just automatic it is lovely and would recommend to someone looking for new car.
