I simply came for treatment of a nasty twinge in my upper hamstring that was preventing any exercise requiring that muscle group.What I recieved sort of felt like an unexpected upgrade to first class.Not only did Jon sort the problem and get me back onto my feet and training, but operated in a manner that draws from his extensive knowledge base to seek out and address problems at their root, rather than as the Americans would say - 'put a band-aid on it'.He noticed other problems in my musculoskeletal system, all the while explaining what he is doing and why, linking cause and effect. Offering long-term advice/guidence to be of benefit beyond the immediate session.Then to top it off, Jon offers a genuine nicety that cannot be faked!It comes to no suprise that his buisness has recieved such great reviews.

Went to see Jon because I suffer with restless legs. After the first treatment I noticed a difference. My legs and body felt more settled and I was able to get better sleep. Highly recommended Jon, he listens to your needs and adapts his treatment accordingly.

I have been going to Jon for a number of years. Initially it was to deal with an on-going knee problem. Within such a short time it was 100% sorted. From playing sport in my early 60's I tend to have various muscle stiffness which again Jon manages. I also benefit physically and mentally from regular deep tissue massages. Jon is very knowledgeable and professional and would definitely recommend him.

I enjoyed a fantastic massage from Jon. He totally put me at ease, improved movement in my arms while I was there and gave me some tips on how to improve my leg muscle tightness afterwards. I am looking forward to the next one.

His knowledge and treatments can not be compared and I would never contemplate going any where else. John’s treatments are not just great for your body, but great for your mind.. his treatment room is definitely a sanctuary for me.. resets my body from the inside out!!

Great massage from a special person. Jon is very aware of changes in tissue texture..exploring tender areas with gentleness that can lead to a great release of tension. He is understanding if you want to talk or can let you drift off if that's what you prefer. I enjoy visiting his house as the studio has a separate entrance and parking on street is easy. Lovely massage..does the soul good as well as the body. Must book again Jon!

Jon is absolutely brilliant at what he does. I've seen many physios/therapists overall the years and Jon is certainly up there with the best. He knows the body extremely well and can explain exactly what and why he's doing what he's doing. For me I found it intriguing to go so in depth about my injury and learn why certain things are happening to my body while suffering with sciatica. I can't recommend him highly enough!
