Been a great dentist up until now & I’ll be honest, my mum was waiting for a plate to be fitted for a very long time. Currently signed off permanently and relies on the NHS dentists, I understand it’s not their fault but this specific matter is kind of their fault.Plate meant to be fitted, waiting months, I call in to be told the dentist is going on maternity leave but by the time they’re back we will have to pay. Pretty impossible for someone on benefits with no extra income.Disappointed we was told one thing & then another. As a professional company I expect more in terms of communication & fake promises.But yes the government should be paying them more.Also, website is down and can’t be accessed at this time

Very disorganised, doesn't matter how much you try to update your address with them they never update their records. Constantly cancel appointments which have been made months in advance. Parking is inadequate at the Peterborough branch, and the practice itself is extremely dated. Now they've basically said they're not NHS anymore, solely private from 1st October. However, they've cancelled mine and my daughter's appointment for 15th September (by leaving a garbled message on my phone and directing me to the website for more information), so I guess the change is with immediate affect. If I'm being forced to pay private fees my standards are much much higher, so I'll be seeking a new dental practice.

Saw Dr Cavan Ho a few weeks back to have 2 crowns fitted. His whole approach, from consultation to fitting has been first class - polite, informative and thorough. I waited to post a review to see if any problems showed up later but everything has been perfect.Thanks to Ms Rowena, his Dental Assistant for her excellent service too.

I was treated by Dr. Cavan Ho for my dental pain today and was satisfied with the care. Dr Ho, is a charming young dentist with an obvious passion for the practice mixed with his superb inter-personal skills is a recipe for success as a dentist. I would also like to note that the receptionists and dental nurses are all fantastic which is just a testament to the quality of this practice

Awful place, I've been removed after having cancelled few appointments for fillings - first appointment I was made to make same day and starting a new job I made them fully aware I might have to cancel as wasn't sure when was starting.. of course I had to reschedule due to starting a new job, unfortunately my young son of 3 was extremely poorly on my second which was rescheduled months after the 1st, the third I rang and asked if I could pay for white fillings as I didn't want the health risks that come with mercury fillings- was told practise manager would phone me back if I was allowed" I wasn't cancelling this appointment I was asking to change and pay for white fillings. 3 months later the practise manager doesn't even phone me to discuss only the receptionist leaving a snooty voicemail stating I need to find another dentist- well don't worry I will

The worst dentist practice in Peterborough, the only nice person in there is the hygienist, the owner dentist is most unpleasant person to deal with when you're in pain, go to the hospital he said you're not getting a filling but you can have it removed he said, what an idiot.

I was registered here once a few years ago and the experience I had has made me reluctant to go back to a dentist. I was belittled for being an NHS patient, constantly reminded how little I am paying compared to his private patients" the man I saw then kept reminding me how bad my teeth were at the time. I have a fear of the dentist and this definitely has made it worse. I now find myself needing an appointment but I am no longer registered here. Try and avoid if you can."

Has been poor for some time, but now they are charging private money and ditching NHS patients. Why would anyone pay private for sub par service and dentistry at a place where they cancel appointment all the time and it is impossible to park at. Hope they go under, greedy practice does not deserve custom. Good ridance.

Been with them a long time with no problems until now. to have your appointments cancelled twice then to suddenly tell you that they are going private to make more money is a kick in the teeth as not all of us can afford to go private, i will not go back to that place

Probably the most unorganised dental practice I’ve ever been to , they called me to remind me I had an appointment the following day, I turned up to be told the dentist had had the day off and cancelled all appointments for that day , they couldn’t even be bothered to call me , tex me or send an e mail saying it was cancelled, they even lied saying they called me which was rubbish as had no missed calls, then to cap it off I was told I had to wait another 6 weeks for another appointment, I’ve now joined a new dentist and it’s so much better organised and im getting all the dental work done instead of sitting in the chair for 5 -minutes and being told see you in another year
