Willesden Post Office

Today 10/10/2023 at Willesdeen Green Post Office.Between 12:50-13:15A lady comes in the shop and starts talking to the only female staff who is inside the glass window.Suddenly, the female staff starts serving the lady who just arrived. Meanwhile, around 6 people that were in the queue are left unattended just because someone decided to skip the queue (with the consent of your female staff).This is unacceptable, there is a queue for everyone, staff should not be promoting this behaviour, your staff become accomplice of unsocial behaviour!!Edit: Exactly, with your comment you are confirming the post office was unattended, only had the travel money counter and the counter for selling balloons etc available (each for their own priority services).

I have never been in a post office where all the staff look like they wished they were somewhere else. Reluctant. Scruffy, and today, rude. I was in the queue for about 15 mins (while a middle-aged man wandered aimlessly around the seated staff behind the counter - very odd). When I finally walked to the booth for service, I put a white package on the scales. The senior male looked at me, very grumpily, and said What's this! It doesn't even have an address on it!" I held up my phone and told him to scan it and then to put the sticker on the package. He raised his eyebrows and snarled. The staff here need to visit Cricklewood post office to see how they should be operating. The staff there are smart

I cannot speak highly enough about the service that we received from Hitesh and his team when we had our passports renewed. He was patient, warm, friendly and put my young son at ease when having his photo taken

A very disappointing experience - wait times for basic services like posting parcels (!) over 40mins, yet apparently party supplies (balloons) are a ‘priority’ service.Store was packed with customers.If you can, go elsewhere.

Every time I need to go to this post office, I always come home frustrated. The staff should be more polite, helpful, and speak English more clearly. The older man is unable to express himself clearly, and also super rude and not helpful at all. I will never come back to this post office again.

My local post office, used fir over 12yrs, I would love to give a better review however due to Harpreet (I believe that is the staff members name) I just can not. She is so rude and has ZERO customer service skills. Also my daughter was with me and told me once we got to the car that the rude lady was laughter with her male colleague at me and called me the B word. My daughter is so scared to go back in there now so please to who ever is in charge over there retrain your staff.

There is nearly always a queue before I can enter. Even when it's busy , they tend to have only 2 people working at the counter even though there are 5 tills available. They do Evri return packages which was nice and easy. But queue times are horrible unfortunately.

Terrible service. Waiting for more than 30 mins so woman on counter 6 for 'priority service' blows birthday balloons and decorate them. She's taking her time

I was waiting for my parcel from evri and from one day to the next they stopped receiving parcels from evri...and my parcel was sent back. I lost my package..... if you stop receiving the packages you have to notify the customers and wait until they are collected at least.... I asked for explanations and they don't know either... they don't want to work.Super rude , not helpful at all ...
