I have just had the pleasure of dealing with Empro plumbing. We had a leak coming from our very old cylinder, which was not worth trying to fix. Just 4 days after my initial call, I have a fully installed and working boiler with 10 years warranty.Big shout out to Dean and his two engineers on site Will and Dylan for a great, professional and friendly service.Would highly recommend their services!

The engineer that arrived was on time, polite and completed the job. Made sure we were aware of safety regarding turning of the gas meter if we should smell gas. The engineer was very helpful and would definitely recommend him.

I have had multiple companies out to look at my boiler paying in excess of £150 each time to be told I have to leave a radiator on for my boiler to supply hot water! With months of gas bills in excess of £389 I decided to give them a call. 1st visit he located the problem within 10 minutes (again multiple companies have never even mentioned this) he showed me the part, explained how it worked and why this particular element was faulty. A week later once the part arrived they returned to fit it and the problem has been resolved! I’m looking forward to saving money on my bills and highly recommend to anyone who needs honest and reliable plumbers!!

The booking process is awful, and then have it cancelled less than 24hrs before the appointment is frustrating but when you actually get an engineer to attend, they were polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
