Useful post office. You can do most things here. Staff always helpful. A newsagents has the front part of the building, which is handy.

Clinton who works here is wonderful! He is not in the main post office area but at the front til and is so kind, friendly and helpful. A great service today with printing my post office labels thanks to him!

Have been spoken to very rudely on more than one occasion. Today Gentleman refused to put a bit of sellotape on the edge of a label I had missed. I bought the postage on line to reduce time spent in post office because of covid fears. His view (rudely exoressed) that because I had done that he would not help with sellotape.So I had to drive home, put on the 2 inches of sellotape, and then decided to go and post it in a parcel post box, which I will continue to use.

Took my parcel to get posted, already had two 1st class stamps on the parcel, clearly visible. The women behind the counter ignored them and charged me the full price for posting the parcel. Thiefs, avoid. Will be using the Boscombe Post Office from now on, they have treated me well.

This has been my local post office for years, and for years, even though I live a hundred yards away I have gone elsewhere, the staff were rude and obnoxious and acted like you owed them something, it was well known locally as the worst post office ever!Someone told me the ownership had changed in the last year or so, so I thought I'd give it a go - and, what a transformation! kind helpful staff (not much to ask is it really) at last and a totally satisfactory visit - about time! keep up the good work! (Dec '21)
