Just got a desert it takes 50 minutes plus abit stupid if you ask me, the service needs to be more efficient this is happened the last 2/3 times I’ve ordered from here, don’t order from here if you are too hungry.

I rarely ever leave reviews on anything especially negative but I'm just super disappointed. The order took over 1 hour to arrive which I'm willing to forgive because we ordered late at night and I understand issues can arise but on top of the insane wait time the food arrived stone cold, one of the things in our order was the brownie crepe and it's so cold it's impossible to cut into, literally feels frozen I can't imagine it even having been warm :/ we also got churros and a burger and it was all stone cold, the only saving grace really is the milkshakes are alright.Again this would usually be no big deal we can just chuck food in the microwave or whatever, won't taste as good as when it's freshly hot/warm but you know it's fixable, however the long wait time AND the food being stone cold is just really disappointing, then on top of that there was no communication from the restaurant and the food wasn't cheap at all! Our order came to over £30 which is a lot to spend and it was supposed to be a treat so to be disappointed is just a big shame.I don't post this to ridicule anyone in the process of making and delivering this order I just had to give feedback because I would really hate for this to happen to someone else and in hoping at least the people at the store will see this and improve on these aspects.I hate to post a negative review and this genuinely might be the first and only one I've ever written, I just don't think it would be fair to other people wanting to order to not write about my experience

The absolute BEST dessert place in town! Unbeatable customer service & even better desserts! I have recommended to many friends & family. Most definitely my “go-to” dessert parlour :)

The service was superb and donuts were one of the best I have had for a long time. They even threw in extras. Would recommend!

Took the Mick man. Wouldn't normally leave a review but these lot took more then an hour and a half for some cookie dough and then charged us the full price when we tried to cancel it after calling loads of times. Absolutely useless these lot nd would tell everyone to avoid it. Nd bossman on the phone was rude hung up on me when sayin to give me my money

STOP GOING TO KRISPY CREME! This place is brilliant, beautifully branded and all the donuts are made to order so the second you get your order they're warm and fresh. There's so much to choose from with toppings and sauces and the pricing is brilliant - you can get 4 donuts for £4. Overall I'd give this place a 9/10 and will definitely come again.

Placed an order for Milkshake, was meant to have arrived after half an hour of placing the order. The delivery took nearly 2 hours to arrive. I can understand it was new years eve but that's not the point, the point is after giving the restaurant a call I got told it would come in a few minutes they are waiting on an uber driver to come and collect. A few minutes went by then an hour went by no delivery arrived. When the delivery did eventually arrive, the driver was apologetic which is fine. The milkshake wasn't even a milkshake it was solid ice-cream. I won't be using their service again!

Can not complain about a thing.Ordered through uber eats, came 5 mins before estimated time slot, donuts were amazing, a decent size and nice and warm. Also had the Terry's cookie dough and ice cream , oh my days that was amazing!!!!!!!.

Chicken wings were Aight.Don't buy the donuts if you are expecting goose fair/fair ground/chaii wali donuts. Theyre more like *slightly* warmer big Tesco ringed donuts, with a bit of chocolate drizzle on tip. It was also really bready.Cookie dough was almost a cookie. Really hard. Maybe it would have been nicer if I had gotten here sooner. IdkIce cream was totally melted.2-3 People had told me to prepare to wait ages for my delivery to come but I didn't really believe them since Uber eats said 15-35 mins. Ended up taking 1.5 hours. Seems this is the norm.
