Euro Car Parts, Bangor

Called in to the Bangor North Wales branch of Eurocarparts today to buy a new battery. There was some uncertainty over the cold cranking amps value but the member of Staff quickly resolved the matter and provided the best possible battery at a very reasonable price. On this occasion and all the other occasions I have always found the Staff to be very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I cannot praise them too highly.

I use Euro Car Parts on a weekly bases. The young girl on the desk is very happy to help if there a issue with a item. Never had any trouble with them either. Always happy to help and to get a part or cleaning product in as fast as possible.

Called today for a front shock absorber for my Fiat.Was quoted for next day collection from them £98. I informed them the same make were £65.50 online posted to me. I asked if they could do any better on the price? Got short reply, NO.To sum up, I have to wait one day. Use one hour of my time and £8.00 in fuel to collect for £98.00 or pay £65.50 and have it delivered to my house. Guess what I did.

Great staff but the system got my part wrong after reg of car given

Shocking slow service as they only had one person serving and a shop full of customers. I bought some brake discs on line which were wrong and went back to change them and was told that I could not get a refund until I had paid for the correct discs. Under protest I agreed and the came the massive surprise 'the correct discs were double the price of the others as I had not orderd them on line'. If I wasn't desperate I would have left them there. I won't be going back there.

Ordered parts online was able to collect within the hour

tryed to use this place twice first time got in the shop at 16.55 asked for a indacater bulb . bloke said we are closed . the tills are off . said to the bloke theirs a fiver just get the buld and keep the change . the buld is about 60p he said no we are closed ..... the second time drove from holy head after geting a price of £49.00 for disc brake . got to the shop to be told that the price was for 1 disc if i wanted 2 it was double £120 with the vat i said disc brakes always come in pairs anyway but i will only take 1 he said we only sell them as pairs £120 with the vat . so after a cal to moter parts by screw fix got a pair of brimbo {the best} for £66 with the vat the lads at moter parts were great the lad at euro parts was dreadfull
