Almost always the cheapest petrol station in Reading. Good selection of Asda food etc in the shop. Has a locked collection point area outside. First petrol pump (x2) are Pay at the pump"; wish they'd convert all of them

I’ve never experienced such awful and rude customer service from Lois in the Asda petrol station. She is the lady with short hair and glasses. I went into Asda inquiring about my two returns, to which Lois responded so rudely, finishing her sentence with ‘end of’ off the back of a simple question about asking if they had any sellotape! I never expected such a cold and abrupt response from an employee. Having worked in retail and customer service myself, I would never dream of talking to customers like this. Asda think it’s time for Lois to get some customer service training or put her in the back where she doesn’t deal with customers.

Fam google said they're open but blud they had coned the entrance so went out to get petrol and couldn't get none, my disappointment is immeasurable and frankly I'm upset

I've not seen the really helpful middle aged asian gentleman who was in the Asda for quite some time. He had fantastic customer skills and always went out of his way to help people. Hope he is doing okay and he will be back at some point. He worked hard and was so organised and polite. I don't know his name. He always spoke to me my wife and my kids and would make them smile. Hopefully he is doing okay for himself.

I use this garage frequently to get petrol and various bits of shopping. The staff are always to friendly and happy. Today I had a problem with my engine oil and Ben was extremely helpful and showed me how to put oil in and checked my car and was explaining all what he was doing. I am very impressed and feel he is an asset to your staff, thank you.

Always very helpful and friendly staff, especially the lady who served me today at around 11.30 am. She offered to carry my heavy click and collect item to my car, as I have hurt my shoulder. A gentleman customer volunteered before she could get her coat on. Thank you to both of you, kind people indeed.
