Huge store, everything you need for your home in one location. I like Dunheln stores, the floorplan is simple and easy to get around. The staff in this store, in particular, were really helpful and caring, great customer service! A+

Always give yourself plenty of time to browse. They do have some lovely things there. As with everywhere I guess, their prices do seem to be considerably higher than they used to be on some items .

I like shopping in Dunelm although I find the width of the main walkways very tight especially with a pushchair and when staff are working in the area. Other than that the store has a great selection of home products and is reasonably priced. The cafe is also well priced and offers great food and drinks

Has most home soft furnishings and some lovely homewares and decorative items. The selection of furniture and lighting is good. My only criticism is that the store can feel very busy in it's displays and can be understaffed at tills at busy visiting times

Not been in for a little while but still as good as ever. Bought 4 cushions for the settee. Good price too. Went into the cafe area also. Nice food and drinks and at a price well below the likes of Costa etc. Thank you.

Relocating to a new country and trying to furnish a new home is such a daunting task. Walking into Dunelm is like heaven! They have everything and prices are affordable!!! It's now my go to store!

Great choice of bed linen, towels, bathroom and kitchen ware. Also room fragrances, candles and curtains both ready made and made to measure. Accessible parking for wheelchair users and parent and child parking. Pleasant cafe. Staff helpful and friendly.

Recently went here again, the store is large and has plenty of items. However why they decided on putting this never of staff on tills is beyond me, she clearly didn't want to be there, elbow on the desk propping her chin up and staring into space, half way through paying for the items she decides to have a full on conversation with another member of staff and seemed to completely forget about finishing the transaction. Don't expect grade A service but Christ almighty at least look semi convincing.

This really is a pretty huge Dunelm store. Went there for lampshades and had plenty of options to choose from. Plenty of parking too so easy to make a quick visit without any hassle. There's also a café if you need sustenance!

Waited in a queue to pay where there were 7 or 8 tills but only two being manned. Shouted for some assistance but no one came.Waited an age then left without my goods.Very poor customer services. The two checkout assistants can see the queue and should call for additional till staff.Won't bother returning.
