We have a problem with the rendering on one of our walls, Jason came and looked at it for us, and it turned out to be nothing major he gave his advice freely, for which we were very grateful, yes I would recommend.

ok two things here... they quoted my parents (who are in their 70s) £225 per day, for three days, to paint their house!! They milked it for two weeks and charged them £1400!!Conservatory roof.. they fitted three sheets of plastic which replaced the old sheeting roof, inside the conservatory their are black beams! these cowboys fitted white plastic strips to hold it in place.. charged my parents £12k.. and its still leaking!! my brother has complained, they've been out twice and its still leaking!! any considerate building company would hold their hands up and say it hasn't been done properly, but these guys are just more concerned about their online reviews.. they called my parents and asked for a previous bad online review to be removed.. complete and utter cowboys!!

Jason and Keith of J & K Property Services have completed several building and decorating jobs for me including a garage conversion, weatherproofing an old conservatory, and decorating a stairwell and landing. They have also undertaken smaller jobs such as refitting a pantry and removing kitchen worktops and have a 'Can Do' approach to all their work which is of a consistent high standard throughout. I found them reliable and trustworthy with a wide range of experience and skills and I would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them.
