I’ve been going to Kaitlin for brow wax and tint for a few years now and decided to try lamination for the first time, she did an amazing job and I have just been back for the second time. Absolutely love my brows and Kaitlin is fantastic!

I went in the store in Watford for some makeup. Chloe served me. She was extremely helpful. She knew the products well. I was very impressed with her knowledge and skill. She didn’t just sell me products for the sake of it, she actually saved me money and asked me specific questions to cater for my needs. I would highly recommend the products they are amazing. And go to the Watford store, and ask for Chloe, she’s great!

Can not fault either of the girls who work at the benefit counter, they are true diamonds. Kaitlin has been my number one brow tamer for years now and I honestly don’t think I could live without her. She’s such a friendly and approachable person, has GREAT knowledge of products and is a pure asset to the company. I honestly look forward to my half an hour sit down and chat every 6 weeks.

I had been sick and unable to get my brows taken care of for a few months… I had refused to try to fix them myself and ruin them! I also had a wedding to attend and see people I hadn’t seen in years. Thanks to the amazing Kaitlin I had two separate eyebrows that were again visible!!! Excellent service and amazing work! Benefit is the only place to go for a wax and tint!!! Xxx

My daughter Amelie had an incredible experience - she had her eyebrows waxed and tinted for the first time and she had trial prom makeup done.Chloe, on the Benefit counter, was such a talented make up artist and knew how to make Amelie not just look amazing but feel special too. Thank you Chloe. We left with some great products and greater confidence in makeup application and eyebrow shaping.

Simply won’t go elsewhere! Easy to book online, great wax and tint from Kaitlin. Treatment is thorough but quick enough I can get done on my lunch break. They listen to what you want and check you’re happy. What more can you ask for?
