I love it here! The staff are always great, very friendly and it's always a good time. I love that you can be seated with other parties, and enjoy the show as one table.I know people come here for teppenyaki and if is great. Lots of food, tasty and a good show. But if you like sushi, order it here! It's honestly some of the best sushi I've ever had.Will definitely be back!

If you have zero experience with proper Japanese teppanyaki, it might be part of the show. Its for foodie with special palates, or those want to try for renal dialysis, definitely give it a go coz its the most salty steak you can ever have.Great choice menu, nice steak and seafood but overcooked and very salty!!Fried rice with burnt onion, garlic and eggs tasted nothing more than charcoal.Chicken: rough.Side dishes, plain soup and salad.I was being honest with my comments to the staff but surely they stood firm on their ground. Never bothered.

I recently visited Shogun for their sushi buffet, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. The sushi taste didn’t quite meet my expectations, and the squid dish seemed to be overly battered, which affected its flavor. However, I must say the music selection was enjoyable and created a pleasant ambiance.The staff at Shogun were friendly and attentive, which was a definite plus. Unfortunately, the overall food experience wasn’t to my taste, leaving me somewhat disappointed with the buffet.In summary, Shogun offers a decent sushi buffet with friendly staff and great music, but there’s room for improvement in terms of the sushi quality and the preparation of certain dishes.

This place shocked us with how good it was. We had a 5 course gift voucher for mine and my wife's birthday for this place. The service was great greeted nicely and friendly staff. The food was amazing. The chef cooked the main courses right in front of our eyes and was a very friendly and funny chap. We will visit again some point. It was quiet at the time we visited so I don't want to judge the atmosphere much but I'd imagine it would be a good one. Recommended!

A group of us, first teppanyaki experience. They had the set menu, I had the veg 5 course thing. All seated around the cooking thingie, with other groups. The salad that came out first was simple lettuce and carrots, dressed with what tasted like a bottle supermarket version. The yakitori and spring roll next, pic arched. My veg tempura was gorgeous and enough for a main course. See pic.Them, the main course, main event. The chef arrived, dramatic display of fire, and then cooked my vegetables main course with lots of flourishes, followed by the prawns, salmon chicken etc. Entertaining and lots of fun showcasing his skills.Finally dessert where we were asked to move to another table for ice cream.Overall, I’d recommend. It’s very simple food but the cooking skills and entertainment value made this value for money

This is our regular sushi spot, it has been here for years and the food is fresh and great as it was on day one. Your welcomed as soon as you walk through the door and take your order as soon as your ready. The sushi take a few minutes to come out but it is freshly made to order and tastes great. You get a mix of hot food too like noodles, squid rings, tempora prawns. Always great interaction with the staff and chefs.

So far probably the best sushi I have ever had for my stay in UK. Decent sushi done by Japanese Chef in terms of the rice moisture and texeture so does the taste of the sushi. I come almost every week and enjoy them a lot.
