Northampton Audi

Very pleased with the customer service at Audi Northampton.Very friendly and accommodating. My etron was due some updates. The battery update really improved my extremely poor range.I also had a wheel alignment and free health check. My only niggle was I asked if they could please charge my car up before collection and this was not done.However car was washed and cleaned very well.I will definitely return for all my Audi service needs.

Not my local Audi but worth the travel! Purchased a car from Ellis. His customer service was excellent and he is very knowledgeable and friendly. Wishing him a successful career! He kept me updated throughout the process and made it a smooth transaction on the day. 5 stars well deserved!

Having just collected my new car from Northampton Audi, I thought it only right I share the exceptional service I have received. From the initial meeting with Craig and placing my order, all the way through to the handover. Communication was excellent and nothing has been any trouble for Craig to address. I live in Liverpool and purchased a car from Vindis Northampton on line. Went to look at the car, although there was a small problem all has been resolved. Despite this I would recommend this garage and the sales process to anyone who is considering buying an Audi. Whether local or not. The guy in the reception area was particularly stand out. (Sorry I don’t know the name). Saying that all the people I dealt with were top dollar.

I just purchased a 2020 Arrow Grey Audi A1 sport back on Sunday and I am ecstatic with my new car and the service I was provided with. Every single me member of staff in the showroom was extremely polite and helpful and Hytham in particular was not just a great salesman, but he was extremely knowledgeable, polite, funny and generally a really nice guy. I felt that everyone at this Audi really cared about me and what was best for me and not just making another sale. Not only did they provide me with extras like the cleaning kit but they also went to the trouble of wrapping my car up with a bow and doing a big reveal which as a 20 year old buying his first nice car was an amazing experience and definitely not one I will forget. They even called me up yesterday just to make sure I got home safely and to make sure I’m happy with the car and encouraged me to voice any concerns or issues I might have (not that are any). So in short, Sam, Hytham and the rest of their team where absolutely brilliant and I encourage you all to visit Northampton Audi!

I recently brought my new car from here having previously brought from here also, Ryan was the chap who dealt with me throughout the process and I have to mention how professional he has been, as well as having a sense of humour (something that is quite rare these days) he is an absolute credit to the company and I would recommend all customers to seek him out, he really did his homework on the car and there was nothing he didn’t know, which considering this was the 1st car of this type he’d sold, exceptional service thank you Ryan, also I want to mention the chap on the front desk, he has been with you for many years, I remember him from before (sorry didn’t catch his name) but he has glasses and a tidy beard….I’m sure you’ll know who he is, he is the watcher of the Audi coffee glasses, he is brilliant and perfect for customers as his manor is 1st class.

We have recently taken delivery of a brand new Audi A1finished in Arrow Grey, pearl effect. Karen & I were looked after at every stage by Josh’s very professional team. A big thank you to Weronika, Richard & Jamal in particular. Jamal ensured we were looked after at every stage. Everybody we dealt with were very knowledgable and above all, cheerful and friendly. The day we collected the car was great fun and we were made to feel very special indeed! Highly recommended!
