Pathetic and poor communication. I asked this agency for an SEO audit. But nobody got back to me. They advertise SEO and to book a free audit. So, I registered my details and they never got in touch. Then I phoned and they did not know who I was and could not find my details. They seemed to be too busy to care. They dont offer free SEO audit. It is a fake offering on their site. Quite pathetic and unprofessional.

The whole cognition team were incredibly helpful and professional! They had a very thorough process that helped ensure that our new website was fit for purpose, and looked great too! Despite all of us swapping to working from home half-way through the project, the new website was still delivered on-time, and we continued to receive great communication from the team. They even went above and beyond to offer us training in how to edit various hard coded elements of the website ourselves if required, and are happy to assist with any questions.
