My husband went for a passport photo on Monday 7th November, opted for his application process to be done at the shop, worth every penny, excellent service, efficient and friendly. New passport arrived today, 14th November, took just a week!!! Is this some kind of record?Would highly recommend.

Had a few issues with Passport photos not uploading, really appreciate the time you took to help me resolve the issue.Rebooted my phone and the images are in my files now , excellent customer service !!Thanks again

Went for passport photos, very efficient and reasonably priced.

Pretty disappointing service to be honest. Dropped film off to be developed and scanned. Was told machine broken and would be a few days. Kept chasing and kept being told we were in a queue and they were having technical difficulties. Finally received the scans and the quality is rubbish, very low resolution and lots of dust and scratches from the equipment (we know not from the camera) plus the colour temperature is terrible and inconsistent.Also would add that when we went in to collect the prints (which are frankly also rubbish quality) we were initially told oh they might not be ready the part isn't here for the scanner" which since we had received an email with the scans we knew was untrue so to be honest was it ever broken in the first place?Wouldn't mind it being such a naff service if it was cheap but its also incredibly over priced so...all in all won't ever bother using them again and I'd highly recommend anyone who gives half a toss about their images doesn't either :)*edited to add that they actually have given us the wrong size prints too which we paid extra for. Nice one."

Very quick and quality service.

Excellent Customer Service. Was greeted by a young man with a smile. He helped me upload my new passport photos. The whole process took 5 minutes. Was really IMPRESSED with this service. Thank you.
