I was recommended these guys by a friend who also likes their car to look its best. I contacted them on the 23rd May and I was told they could get me in on the 26th May.I'd recently had mine ceramic coated and I just wanted to get a safe wash on this occasion but with a view of using them regularly if they did a good job.Unfortunately they didn't turn up on the day and when I messaged them that evening they just ignored my message.All very odd and annoyingly I had to rush a clean in myself before a long weekend trip to Wales which was what I wanted to avoid.A few weeks later I went with someone else for a valet who I'm now going to use monthly for a maintenance.
