Sales person excellent - Independent fitter great - damaged units………. And we still have them. Called today to ask what I’m meant to do with them - sort it out myself. Wow. So they damage items in transit, we have to get replacements and somehow it’s up to us to dispose of them. Well done guys. Superb service…..

A very smooth process. The designer, David, listened to what we wanted and had infinite patience with our changes. The kitchen was delivered on the specified day. The only poor part of the process was that our request (recorded by David and reiterated by us on the phone) for a small van was not acted on. The delivery team went the extra mile and carried all the units manually 50 yards down the service road.The fitters were excellent couldn’t have been more attentive or skilful. We now have a beautiful kitchen that we love.

The designer was very helpful, listened and understood what I would like in my replacement kitchen. I went back several times until I felt really happy with the design and colour. He was happy to explain the differences between the different ovens and hobs available. Even though I was a bit fussy and slow to decide they were always patient and welcoming. There was never any pressure for a decision, I am really thrilled with my new kitchen.

We absolutely love our new kitchen! Taylor took us under her wing as soon as we entered the showroom and designed our perfect kitchen with us- based on the measurements and budget.We got our own appliances in the end but everything arrived quick and on time. Just one small item missing which was delivered within 3 days.Interest free credit was a bonus!Would definitely recommend

Chloe, from the Oldham branch, designed our kitchen to perfection! We came with our own initial ideas and she worked with these, adding her own input to make our dream kitchen plans come to life! The kitchen was delivered on time and the quality is amazing. We absolutely love the final, finished kitchen, thanks Wren!

I bought a full kitchen from wren. Spent £10,000 on it. Got a faulty sink it was meant to be black.they told me they can't replace the sink because I have to take care of the sink it's a brand new sink they wouldn't replace it. paid £500 for it now they tell me to buy a another one at a cost price avoid using them they gonna use you to buy quality items and make u spent money f+++ing bulls++t

We went to Wren with no idea of what kitchen we wanted. Everybody was very helpful and showed us the best design we could have with the ideas and budget.I would definitely recommend Wren to anyone who is looking for a new kitchen.

Stay clear of this store. not interested in your kitchen just your money. And when a problem arises yes they pass the book and blame you for the mistake.Formal complaint being submitted through the correct channel.Started with forgetting to order a door then sending a replacement door which was wrong size.Reordered the door to then receive the wrong colour (which were now being told our fault) as WE didn't read the label!!!I won't name individuals as that is going in the formal complaint but the store and employees are a joke.

After considering a number of companies we opted for Wren having seen an installation at our friends home. The process has been seamless from start to finish. Our designer was excellent and patient - the precheck of installation of granite worktops was also invaluable as it meant we needed to make some adjustments to our plan. We used our own installers and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. We had a couple of damaged units which were replaced quickly and without any quibbles. Well exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend.
