Game is a really good store for if you want to get anything about video games, they also sell plush toys.But it now located under sports directSo you have to go into sports direct and then go down the stairs and that's where there located

Good store, very organised and easy access. Customer service is very good, always willing to help if you have any questions. Nice to be able to talk about latest games with the staff.

Store has fell off. Awful Service, Awful prices and Tiny selection. Their returns policy is backward, mis-sold on a controller and couldnt offer a refund or a replacement. Could not find an appropriate social channel to contact them (ticket support was broken, live chat was broken, twitter dms were turned off, ignored on facebook). Shop online. Better service, no bull, better policies.

I have been a customer for 40 plus years, and had a very good experience at Telford Game. Very knowledgable and experienced staff, always patience understanding and eagerly listen to any questions/issues l have raised. A real credit to the company.

My 12 year old son has waited patiently till after Christmas to trade in his PS4 for an X box one S. Simon was on hand to ensure everything went smoothly, and even remembered me asking before Christmas about the deals/offers (I think that gives the customer reassurance that GAME staff genuinely care about their customers). He was informative and gave me all the options available and helped me decide (I am 45!!) I don't even own a smartphone!! On a serious note, I narrowly missed out on the christmas offer but Simon did his best to honour the best deal he could. I would highly recommend the store and hope Simon gets the recognition from this post for excellent Customer Service!

Twice went into game to buy games only to be told we don't have them in stock. shouldn't have games on display for people to buy if you don't have them in.

If you've been to any Game store you know what to expect.They have most of the latest titles from each console and you can test some games out too if available.Prices are on the high side compared to online sites but sometimes you can get a good deal with second hand games.Worth a visit if close by.

The store is quite small and usually very busy due to its location. They also have a lot of people trading in stacks of games, and as this is a lengthy process, the queues can build up quite high making shopping here a bit of a chore.It's not ideal, and could do with moving into a larger store. Definitely not recommended for agoraphobics.
