Great holiday.Lovely clean ,well looked after campsite , good facilities. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about local amenities. Facilities were clean and fit for use but a bit limited in number, resulting in queues for the shower and washing machine. Nothing much there but a beautiful beach, so perfect if that's what you want!

We were so grateful to be given a plot last minute. Thank you!!!! Excellent locations on the seafront. Waking up to the sunrise over the seas was lovely. A very peaceful setting. Good washing up area. Good loos. One shower per block so a little wait in the mornings.

Our first time here and loved it. We had a sea view pitch with our tent couldn’t ask for anything better. Hearing the waves crashing each night was incredible. The sand was so beautiful. Lovely walks along the beach to the lighthouse for dolphin viewing. Lots to do here all within walking distance. There’s a golf course at the entrance which you can pay £2 for a ticket as it’s for club members but if you purchase a ticket it allows you to eat there and the food was incredible. One of the worker possible owner not sure told us there is a spa you can go to will definitely try that next year. The doors for the toilets are coded so no hassle with a key which is a bonus. The showers stay on no need to keep pressing the button to keep it on like other sites. The showers are massive and they have separate cubical with a sink for privacy which I thought was brilliant for having a wash in the morning nobody watching like other sites. Highly recommend to everyone. The views are out of this world.

Great little campsite right on the beach. All the staff were very welcoming and gave us lots of information about the local area and recommendations of places to eat and things to do. The pitches are clearly marked and grounds very clean and tidy. Two lovely dog walks ( on lead) but the beach is literally outside your door! The highlight for us was watching the dolphins at Chanonry point. The site is immaculate with clean facilities and hot , temperature controllable showers. The shop stocks ice creams, drinks and the basic essentials. Would highly recommend this site for a peaceful break.

Really lovely place to stay. We only stayed here for one night as part of the NC500 trip. We had a sea front pitch which was beautiful you can even walk out to the light house and see the dolphins. The facilities were clean and the showers were ok. I would defenitely stay here again and for longer as the town looked lovely.

Beach side pitches for some. Very friendly and helpful staff. Flat easy draining pitches.NB. DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY.There is only room for one outfit or maybe two shortish motorhomes on the arrivals pitch prior to site entry. This is part of the public road, hence two in line outfits blocks this road for non camping vehicles.I realised I might be early so waited in a layby prior to the Kessock bridge, still got here 5 minutes early. There are other car parks en route but if you can get in, it would be difficult to exit. Get your timing right or better yet, add an hour or two.Excellent facilities. Scores of local information leaflets.Easy walk to dolphin viewing at Chanonry point, which has a small car park but fills quickly as low tide approaches and the queue tails back up a single track road. Such fun!Easy walk to chip shop in Rosemarkey village. Cromarty is fascinating, as is much of the Black Isle.

Park definitely needs attention to leveling the pitches, and the toilet block we had access to had only 1 shower between everyone, great location though. Staff were brilliant too

Really great place to take the family for a lovely beach holiday. The site is 2 separate fields, we were in the 2nd one. Little toilet block, immaculately kept, only one shower in each gents, ladies and family room, but never an issue when we used it. It's an electric shower, too, so you can adjust temperature unlike most club sites, and no forever pressing the timer button. Great helpful staff, if not a little inconsistent with the boundaries " we were asked to move our wind break a day after we erected it as it was a little over the boundary

We stayed at Rosemarkie C&C site for one night on our Scottish roadtrip. It's in a beautiful location and the sound of the waves on the shore as you fall asleep is great. Our young kids loved being so close to the beach. Sadly we didn't see any dolphins at Chanonry Point, which is only a short walk down the beach, but we did see a few seals. We had dinner at Crofters which is a short walk away and was great. Clean facilities and no queue for toilets/showers. We'd definitely stay here again!

I've been here 3 times before. It's been brilliant as ever. The staff are hardworking and helpful. Always making time for the fellow happy campers. Services are 20 minutes away.Lots of beach walks, customers are happy and pull together if someone needs help.I fell on day 4 and spent the rest of the time on crutches. The visitors and staff rallied round asking if we needed shopping bringing in.It's dolphin centra at Chanory Point, a 25 minutes beach walk. We find it very easy to be relaxed and calm up here.Love it.
