Can be a pain to get an artic there as cars parked on corners from garage . Staff are ok 1 of there drivers needs to learn some manners

Sold me Timber at >£500 then rang me the next day to say we haven’t got the larger timber in stock but we can get you the smaller stock. No apology, contradictory explanations, no understanding that it messes up the whole project.unreliable, unprofessional and unapologetic which in my world is unacceptable and unworthy of my business. The Sunderland branch need to look at the concept of customer service and think about the journey of the consumer. They offered no remedy to the problem they caused just empty promises.
