The guy who used to manage this car park used to be pretty decent. Until I politely asked if I could use a small corner of the car park for a photoshoot. Must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed this morning and straight up rudely refused me. Even after offering to pay for a ticket. Don't think I'll be visiting again anytime soon

Perfect location for stay at The Chapel. Secure, reasonably priced parking with superb friendly service. Highly recommend!

A short walk to the center this car park is a gem. The owner was very approachable and looked after our group as there were a few of us staying. It’s cash only but there’s a cash point about 60 meters from the car park which shouldn’t be a big deal for anyone really. Would highly recommend this car park.

me and my family stayed from friday to sunday, the bloke was amazing, i think his name was Mat. Great service, very warm welcome had a lovely time!

Easy to find, plenty of spaces available even it was Sunday and £5 for the whole day. Can't be happier

We have holiday apartments close to the in parks carvpark. When any of our guests use the parking facility they all comment on how friendly and helpful the guys are who work there. We always reccomend in parks as we feel they are good value and the guys are a great advert for Chester

Matthew and Adam are wonderful staff member to have. Attentive and thoughtful. Thank you for making our stay in Chester stress free with parking. Our Chapel Penthouse is right across from this popular parking lot. Makes our access to the town center an ease.
