Overpriced, flat drinks, long waiting times, and the burger wasn't that great at the end of it. Must learn to stop coming back. £19 for burger, drink and small fries!

Polite staff and good service.Quality burger at a decent price for above average fast food.The cauun chips are pretty decent and its you’re buying to take away they reheat in the airfryer as good If nit better than as freshly made.The burgers come doubles as standard, which is very reasonable at the price point

Tables all filthy. They don't bring your food to tables. Staff are pretty rude and un interested. Got loads of people's stood outside, blocking doors. Despite eating in the food came in a takeout bag with the chips all scattered in bottom of bag. Hot dog was greasy and bacon like jerky. I will not be returning. 32 quid wasted. Shocking!

Staff were friendly. Toilets were out of order when visiting so everyone was waiting to use the disabled toilets.Chips/fries weren't great. Otherwise the same as any other Five Guys. ExpensiveUpdate Dec 2023: Visited again and knocked another star off. Paid over £4 for a drink and the machine was dispensing soda water with very little syrup so everything tasted terrible.

Absolute joke never again. Worse experience the burgers was just full of grease and soggy fell apart and the bacon burger had no bacon on so I went over to ask about this and the guy just gave me some bacon cold in a metal container. The chips were freezing and just chucked in the bag. I asked the staff why was my food that cost over 30 pounds just a mess the bloke just shrud his shoulders. In the end I gave up left and just thought I'd leave a 1 star rating because of the price. It's just a glorified MacDonalds.

Must give these guys a huge shout out for really excellent service. When Just Eat let us down on a delivery for my daughter’s 10th birthday we decided to eat in at Five Guys. The restaurant was extremely clean, including the toilets which were immaculate. Hearing our plight, the team couldn’t do enough to help, gave us free drinks as well as being so polite and friendly. The food was all absolutely delicious, burgers cooked perfectly, fries real and tasty and we highly recommend the milkshakes which have really lumps of fruit in. All in all a brilliant service. Thank you so much.

If you think you don't like fast food, Five Guys will change your mind. Fresh, good quality food, cooked to order. Great milkshakes. The staff at this branch look genuinely cheerful and serve quickly. I'd recommend!
