I've moved with them twice and each time I got an excellent service! I mean, literally excellent!They are super clean and sensitive about the goods and cautious against scratches, painted walls, etc.Chip and Vali, you guys really know what you are doing!Also Lindsay was again very helpful when organizing the removal.Strongly recommend it!Thank you!

Rapid were most helpful with moving my late mothers belongings, making the entire process easy and bearable, whilst also accommodating very last minute changes. Lindsay and Karina were so helpful with co ordinating the move and kept me updated during the day. Chip and Maarian arrived early and had the job done within 2.5 hours. They were extremely professional and handled our items with care - especially after it being a very hot summers morning. Thank you again for your help!

Thank you Lindsay, Chip and Andrei. My stress levels would have gone through the roof without you. Moving with a toddler and a 7 week old baby felt impossible to do but with your team, we’ve done it! Chip and Andrei have the best ‘can do’ attitude. They are hardworking (I didn’t see them stop) and really pleasant and chilled guys to be around. We will definitely call you again if we need it - and recommend to family and friends.

The whole experience was actually great.For example communication before the move in date was amazing, and they didn't try to oversell me, which is a huge win, since you never know what you're going to get in these situations.The movers on the day made zero fuss about anything, despite having to deal with lifts and multiple fire exits, and made jokes to the v end. They handled the boxes with care, and when helping guide where to put the boxes at the end of the day, they were more precious about my stuff that I was.Despite being paid for by the hour, they were unbelievably efficient with the time and made light work of it.Also, just really nice and fun guys.At the end, the price tallied up. No weird additions or secret costs etc.I couldn't recommend this company enough. V impressed

I would thoroughly recommend Rapid Removals, they handled our move from a 2 bed flat to big yellow storage smoothly and efficiently. Communication was great and pricing was clear and competitive. Chip and the guys did an exceptional job squeezing all our stuff into our storage room, not a square foot was unused! Rapid Removals are excellent!I have used their services twice now. Great customer service from Karina and Lindsay who have been consistently helpful in organising the move. On the first move, the team collected my items on time and helped me pack down key items of furniture, bubble wrap them ( they were going into storage) and all at good speed while being very careful.The second move, the team picked up and loaded all the items from storage and then helped me complete the housemove at the other end. All done smoothly and in quick time. I'm couldn’t have asked for a better service. A big thank you to Lindsay also for accommodating a late schedule change. The entire team was excellent at Rapid Removals, from Lindsay's assistance leading up to the move to Chip/Andrei on the day. Chip and Andrei both extremely efficiently packed fragile items and then moved everything to the new place. They were very friendly and helpful.
