Small rooms and filthy. The flats are never cleaned. If there are other options available, avoid Parade Green at all costs

My daughter is here and the place really is lovely. Fantastic rooms. Lovely communal kitchen and social space. Lifts to the flats. Laundry area, but that's not so cheap when you're a student. Outside area for students to congregate (when Covid is over!) With a barbecue area too. Gated so not just anyone can get in. You have to go in with a pass and through reception area. Great bus service just outside the door and Lidl is just a walk up the road!

Buildings with issues. My son has a room in a flat in aParade Green. Last week the front door lock on their flat failed and they could not exit the flat.Touring the complex I've noticed window cills and window shade louvres missing. My son's room is cold and draughty while his friend has just been told the wall insulation is missing from his room. In an era of pressure testing that can't be right. On the positive side it's secure and reasonably priced accommodation in the most expensive city in the UK and walking distance from the Headington campus.. But Unite please get some supervision on your building sites and sort out the very serious shortcomings of Parade Green.

This is a very nice student accommodation with attentive staff and a lot of value for money. It has a patio, roof top, library, printing station, basketball and football court, a gym, game room with xbox, ping pong and billiards. Close to the bus stop. Rooms in the lower floors fan get cold at night in the winter but you can have a small heater in the room.

Dusty when we arrived, 8 weeks later had taken a nose dive. I had to keep paying my accommodation for the whole year long after I had left, part way through the first term. Costing several thousands of pounds. BEWARE A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

I had a ground floor, and the room was great but the downside is the maintainence. The trash isn't divided into general waste, food, etc but actually everything goes into the general waste, and so are the rooms.

I don't want to be negative but I think people who are thinking of going here deserve to know what they're getting themselves in for. The rooms are nice and modern. They are also quite clean. They could be more spacious though. When I got locked out of my room the man who helped me was nice as well. I liked having my own bathroom as well. Unite Students are so unhelpful especially during the coronavirus pandemic and they haven't taken into account personal circumstances when wanting to cancel a room. I haven't been in my room since October 2020 and I'm still paying full price. Also I heard that someone got r*ped here and they didn't do anything about it. This might not be true but maybe consider that before sending your children here. Also, whether or not this was due to the virus and people having parties or not - the police were round here most nights and some people were physically restrained. My room was also near the basketball courts so I would get woken up at 3am with basketballs being thrown on my window. We were still paying full price even in September and October when the gym and study rooms weren't open. There's usually a cleaner who comes in and cleans but again, due to the pandemic, this didn't happen so where did the money that normally goes to the cleaner go? I have emailed unite students time and time again with a different address and they haven't helped me once.

Rooms. Very smart and you can still smell the fresh paint . En-suite. Compact bit just enough storage space for the average student. Shower a bit if a squash and a squeeze for my 6 foot 6 inch son though .
