Absolute friendly guy who kindly fixed our watch, Thanks Jay, you were amazing.

I recently discovered the existence of The Watch Lab in Newcastle when seeking repair of my watch made by a company no longer in business (WH Wilmot of Birmingham). I was delighted when collecting the repaired, cleaned and serviced item within the 8-10 weeks promised.. Callum, Mark and other staff in the tiny kiosk provided polite, friendly and helpful service - they even replaced a link in the Tissot bracelet watch I was wearing at no cost while I waited. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks Watch Lab.

I took my damaged CASIO G-Shock to get a screen replacement. The guy who took my watch was excellent and really helpful. It did take a while to get the watch diagnosed, repaired and then returned but for only £85 that's fine.The watch came back looking good as new I was delighted with the overall service I recieved. Thank you!

If there was a zero star that's the rating they would have got. I get a Tag Heuer in about 8 weeks ago for a service and repair totally £490. I rang this morning to ask for an update. There is a date on the receipt which I appreciate but thought I'd see if it was back in. The rudest Manager took my call. Wouldn't give me his name and when I asked for the Head Office number he said they didn't allow to give it out, only an email address. Keep saying it's protocol that they wouldn't chase for an update from the workshop until the due date. I don't think I was asking too much to see if it was back in or would be in sooner as it's 9 weeks since I put it in. The Manager kept saying he didn't see what my problem was. I kept calm when I asked him for an update and the Head Office details then he said he would chased and slammed the phone down on me. My advice is never use these guys. It doesn't take too much to be nice and understand but this guy effeminately gets the award for worst customer service every experienced. The watch is extremely sentimental to me and and all I asked for was an update. Just left a message for their Customer Service team to ring me back. Looking forward to seeing if I get the same level of service there!

Well, what can I say about the Watch Lab , visited Friday 17th March , very helpful chap, hassle free, and within walking distance of hay market bus station in Newcastle.They are worth there weight gold, highly recommend.Sorted the problem with my new storm straight away.

Took watch in to replace battery. Used it in shower (it's a triathlon watch) and it fogged up and the light didn't work. Complained and was told that 1. They don't guarantee seals 2, I shouldn't have taken it in the shower because of the heat. Seems very odd. Unfortunately no-one tells you that until your watch is ruined. LESSON LEARNT - BEWARE

Small shop on Northumberland Street but great service. My watch strap was broken and the great guy behind the counter re-attached the strap within a minute - charging me nothing for it. Will 100% go here for any issues I face with my watches in the future, and would recommend to anyone else to do the same.

I wold just like to compliment The Watch Lab on the calibre of it's staff. I recently purchased a Croc Grain calf padded watch strap for my watch in early February and consulted with the technician Mark Donachie. Mark demonstrated excellent customer service skills and gave good advice on which strap would best suit my watch. He was efficient and very helpful. In addition, he was well presented and extremely personable. A good shopping experience. Thank You.
