Special delivery (medical) next day till 1pm. They were before even business was open, and left label we missed you " we will redeliver next day. Late but what can I do. Next day in the morning delivery man said I have nothing for you. You have to go to Delivery Office. Upset but not in panic. Go to the office but office is closebetween 10am-4pm. Right. Come back 4pm. Lady said we haven't got it. It's gon for redelivery bacause redelivery could be even till 8pm. Still waiting. Love it mor than Circus with clowns."

Incompetent at best. Parcel meant to be delivered 12 Dec, but marked as delivered on 7 Dec at another PO. Not even out for delivery, and no contact to let me know where my parcel was.

What amazing service from the 2 blonde ladies! They went above and beyond to find my package in no time at all after I had attempted to redirect it multiple times that same morning! Couldn't have asked for more!

They left my parcel at my front door when no one was at home and now my parcel is missing. I never received any notification that my parcel was even being delivered on that day. I received a notification through online tracking two weeks later that my parcel had been delivered. For those two weeks the status of my delivery was logistics delay

Angie you are literally my saviour. Angie deserves the biggest raise in history because I had such a nightmare with a parcel getting delivered to my address because the postman couldn’t access the property. I came here the same day it failed to deliver and Angie sorted it out so quickly for me and was so lovely whilst doing it. She completely raised my spirits when I’d been so stressed and upset about the package as it was very important and she sorted out everything for me. Could not recommend enough would give 6 stars if I could.
