We were suggest BLB by our PAX (part exchange of property) and after seeing their reviews choose to go with them. We were given Jill as our solicitor and she was brilliant, kept on top of everything and was calm and professional. The solicitors of the developers we were dealing with were terrible, our freeholder of our property was terrible but Jill tried to take all the pressure of a hard sale. When the developer solicitors were loosing or forgetting that documents had been sent to them, Jill was on top and could inform them when a document was sent to them. In our previous sale we had no confidence in our solicitors and doubted how they justified their fee, this time I fully understand how BLB justified their fee, Jill was amazing. Could not recommend high enough!
