Don't buy products from here. They refuse to refund faulty products. Bought glue that state's on the bottle 80% cured between 1-2 hours @ room temperature(currently 23c in my house). Product was clearly not 80% cured at all in that time frame. Which to me indicates it's doesn't work. Falls apart with zero resistance. Absolute scammers especially when iv stated it's not achieved what it states on the bottle. Doesn't matter about waiting 24 hours for upto 100% cured because it hasn't reached what it states in the initial 1-2 hours. Worst glue ever. I think they have seriously breached my consumer rights.

Once again the large store had the items that I needed, though it looked like the previous area they been in had been rearranged, but it only took a minute or so to relocate where they were.The Checkout desk was busy, and being of a certain older generation one of the staff showed me how to conduct the sale myself, so old dogs can be taught new tricks, or in my case a rather old man was able to integrate modern technology into his old brain.

The only reason it's this high is because of one particular knowledgeable member of staff who every time I go in, gives me the best advice for gardening. I don't even think it's her section but I still go back because I know she'll be honest and helpful. Sadly I don't know her name but I think she's Polish. Best associate I've ever encountered there.

Admittedly, it has good variety of stock, everything you need, but prices on some tools/timber/paints, etc are too high. Or maybe it's just me!

Needed a sheet of plywood for a project, with measurements in hand I got a fantastic chap called Tom who cut it instore.Tom was cheerful, happy and had some great advice to offer.New self serve checkouts helped keep the queues down on a busy bank holiday weekend.

I bought some paint, secured it in the boot of my car assuming it was sealed being brand new. When I went to get it out of the boot at home it had spilled all over the boot causing about £50 damages and so much time cleaning due to the lip of the pot not being sealed properly. I came into store to see if I could get a new pot of paint and maybe a discount on some flooring and the manager spoke to me with contempt in her voice like I was a child, no empathy, not even an apology, basically accusing me of negligence. She all but laughed me out of the store. Disgusting way to treat your customers.

I wanted to make an online click and collect order but the B&Q system would not take the voucher code I tried to enter, despite its absolute vaiditySo I tried the customer support chat. I started at number 2 in the queue, and after 27 minutes had advanced one place.So, I tried the contact form. Filled it in, pressed submit, it would not accept it.Terrible service. I am going to Screwfix. Service is far better

B and Q is B and Q. Good range of products at reasonable prices. Lack of staff for advice. Always worth a visit if you know exactly what you want.
