My wife and I stopped in around 7:25pm on. Sunday to have a bite to eat before a movie. We ordered the Double Chicken Pitta x2, £10.25ea) with the Rainbow Slaw as a side bring the total to £13.30ea. It appears they offer dine-in, delivery and take-out options. Not sure what order they are completed however it took 40min for our order to be brought to our table. I advised the female server who brought our dishes that we had waited for 40min which in our view was excessive. She replied, “sorry, it’s not my fault” and walked away. Apparently there is no responsibility for significant delays in service. The food was good but was overpriced for the portion size. Overall not a pleasant experience.

New manager?Arrived and seated by a lovely chap who could teach the manager a few things or too about manners. Refused alternations to food when no other Nando’s I have been to have ever do so and also gave me the third degree over my blue light card, again no issues with other branches. The manager was hostile but the staff were lovely. Won’t be returning to this branch.

What you see is what you get here. Always cheeky, a Nando’s hits the spot every time. The extra spicy sauce is brilliant, and the boneless chicken thighs are a timeless classic on this menu. I really recommend for some flavour in the mouth and a nice portion of food. Thanks very much

Fantastic restaurant, very clean, very hot outside so was nice they had air conditioning on. The staff were excellent, very helpful & very knowledgeable about the new items in the menu. I had the new garlic BBQ topping on chicken boneless thighs, was fantastic, cooked to perfection & the topping was a wonderful flavor without being too overpowering. Was a fantastic meal. Had 2 friends with me & their thoughts were the same. Excellent service, excellent food. Would highly recommend a visit here. You won't be disappointed. Thanks

Never had a bad experience. Food is always cooked well whether eating in or takeaway. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere all depends on the time of day you go I suppose.

Overall: Good restaurant. Polite staff. Reasonably priced.Atmosphere: Good. The background music is always nice. Spacious.Cleanliness: Thumbs up.Staff: Very polite.Food: Very good. You'll like it if you like chicken.Price: Reasonable.Location: Excellent. Parking available.Hot drinks: Me and my friends tried most of the hot drinks, not satisfied at all, particularly with the coffee. They need to work on it

Let's be honest, it's Nandos and not a fancy restaurant, so keep your expectations realistic.That said, it's perfectly fine, you know what you are getting and the price isn't too bad. Two of us shared the platter (whole chicken and 4 sides) and also gave the new loaded fries a whirl. It was all pretty good, lashings of hot sauce and a couple of beers. We couldn't quite finish it all.Could I quibble that the chicken breast was too dry? Sure, but I knew where I was going and tailored my expectation. We enjoyed it, safe food made exciting by hot sauce.Lunchtime was quite busy. If I go again I'll try and go a bit later. Invariably there is a fair number of grey tracksuits in there, playing videos on their phones. If you want a booth and a bit if quiet, avoid Saturday lunchtime

we got to nandos and within 2 minutes we were greeted by a staff member and quickly shown to some seats. everything was clean and nothing was too much trouble
