If I could give -5 I would this place need to be shut down or find appropriate PO to work there!!They really don't care as long as they tick the box it's good enough for them.Why would you ask someone why they are eager to get out of prison? Such a corrupt system!

Short Old receptionist with short black hair has a stinking attitude. Acts like she is doing us a favour by being there. She never answers the phone, and makes up excuses as to why she have not answered.Read the other reviews. Everyone has the same issue.

Doesn’t matter what time of day they never pick up the phone. I can leave it on dial for an hour and they still won’t pick up

My PO is very helpful and sympathetic, couldn't ask for a better officer to deal with my probation. Unfortunately the reception is not exactly efficient. They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do they are rude and dismissive.

When the judge decides to place someone on remand and orders a pre-sentence report, the probation service should adhere to these requests. My son has been on remand for four weeks, and he is due up in Wood Green Crown Court in three days time, and the probation service have not arranged any appointments with him. As his mother, I made enquiries as to the delay in process, and was met with rude answers, such as I don't know if your son's pre-sentence report will be done in time for Court"? I was left in tears

I haven't enjoyed having to attend this piece of sh!t!meeting with Patricia Gordon at lordship lane in tottenham// as I have no necessity to attend the meeting but have arrived on time (punctually) and travelled to the probation office from mine which took 3 hours but finally arrived on time punctually and on the right day saw my officer Patricia Gordon attended and didn't enjoy the meeting as up till now where I'm now on my way home THANKYOU
