My partner and young son have just completed their Open Water and Junior scuba diver respectively up at Capernwray all trained and arranged by Dive-a-Lot. Their whole team are very friendly, welcoming and most importantly knowledgeable and experienced. The training facilities in sleaford are conveinient complete with on site classroom and they provide thorough training sessions in the local pool preparing you well for future dives or refreshing in skills etc. The hire equipment is quality and well maintained with the added bonus of them also being suppliers and servicers of top notch dive gear in their shop! I ordered a Garmin T1 transmitter and a pair of Scubapro Go Sport fins from the online store. Recieved a call from Mick to apologise and tell me the fins were on back order from Scubapro and check when I needed them for and as it was a few weeks I said I would wait. He dispatched the transmitter and I had it next day so great service. Mick has kept me updated all the way and as it was getting close to my trip, I searched and found a pair in stock at another dive store, so contacted Mick to see how the order was progressing. Unfortunatley not good as there is a lot of delay in getting stock and so Mick refunded the fin order price same day.I have had such great friendly advice and assistance and would not hesitate to reccomend Dive A Lot Scuba. The test of a good business is not when things don't go smoothly, it's when they don't go to plan and how they deal with them and I had great customer service from Mick.

Hi my camera flooded and was told by sealift to send it back through a recognised dealer spoke to Mick who was very helpful and has gone out of his way to help me to try and retrieve the photos.really nice to talk to somebody who understands customer service

An excellent dive shop and PADI training centre. Mick, the owner, sells a wide range of scuba equipment from a range of manufacturers with prices to suit all budgets. Advice and guidance on purchasing equipment was honest and practical. No pressure. Everything can be rented if necessary to get started. There is a great bunch of people belonging to the dive club here and we were taught our PADI Open Water theory and practice by excellent very qualified and experienced dive instructors plus Mick was with us the whole time as well. Recommend the shop and club without reservation.

My experience...when I was new to scuba diving, I was nervous.. like will I be doing my classes with big groups, where would I learn, how would I learn...... should I do this ? That all changed and has been a great pleasure sport activity to do, meeting new people as well.When I got straight into the scuba diving, none of these was a concern that I found out,, You can start by doing a discover scuba diving" you'll go into the pool and have a feel with the scuba diving equipment and have a play around underwater at your own pace to let you experience it
