Kane and his Team have worked hard and tried their best to find me a school placement that works for me and I fit best. Cover work is quite challenging and it is not always easy to find your rhythm in an environment where you are working in place of permanent staff, at a temporary basis. Teaching Personnel at Leicestershire though have scanned for schools closest to me, to fit my availability as well as the work I can do within my capacity and limitations (I am doing postgrad studies too, juggling with work).
