I love the friendly and welcoming customer service from the team at Beauty House Bristol. They couldn’t be more helpful when I’m choosing which colour to have my nails or which brow style to have. And I’m always really happy with the end result. I always feel truly pampered with the elegant decor, comfy furniture, high quality services and even luxury coffee or a glass of Prosecco offered to clients.

I get my lashes and brows done here and I absolutely love it! The lash quality is amazing with long lasting results and the look you want every time - never been disappointed.The staff are lovely and the salon itself is an attractive, clean & relaxing environment.For as long as I live in Bristol I will be going here, Thankyou for my amazing lashes x x

Jasmine and the team are fantastic they make you feel so welcome, my eyelashes are the best I have had full and beautiful I have had many compliments on them.. Shelby did my nails and lasted really well and nothing was to much trouble, I highly recommend the beauty house for all you’re beauty needs

I've always had the best experience at the beauty house and recently they topped their customer service. I was unable to attend my appointment due to a bad experience caused by an uber driver. When I called, the girl that answered was so understanding and cared more about if I was okay than the fact I missed the appointment. Later that day I discovered they had refunded me the full amount of my appointment which I did not expect. So, so kind. Just goes to show its not money first here but experience, professionalism and care.

I love this place! I've had tanning, eyebrow treatments and lashes here and all have been to a really high quality, plus, the beauticians are always really welcoming and friendly. The salon is beautiful and is always super clean. Couldn't recommend enough.

My husband and I came away for a few days for his work and I wanted to treat myself to a lash lift, as I have such short eyelashes and wanted to see if it really would make a difference. WOW!! thank you Courtney they look amazing, and my husband even commented, and he never normally notices anything I do like that!! I wish you were nearer to me. Such a lovely, professional and friendly girl who certainly knows her stuff. Thank you x

By far my favourite Bristol Salon. Not only is it a lovely, calming environment but the staff are wonderful. Professional, friendly and the treatments are amazing. Could not recommend enough!

Been getting my eyelashes done here for over a year now and wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. Such a professional and high quality use of products as well as service. A welcoming and friendly atmosphere each and every time as well as a the friendliest of teams. I’m always receiving compliments on my eyelashes and would recommend to anyone. I’ve also had my eyebrows done and a spray tan in the past which have both lived up to the same standard and expectations.
