I’ve recently moved into a property through Fisher German and could not fault them at all.From the moment I viewed the property the lady who showed me was so friendly, attentive and welcoming.I’d recently gone through a breakup and when I got the call to say I’d been accepted I was over the moon.Rachel who dealt with my application was incredible! We hit a couple of barriers but she was so supportive and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother and personable approach! She made this happen for me and I couldn’t be more thankful.Anyone thinking using Fisher German as tenant or a landlord I can promise you’ll get a 10/10 service.

From initial recommendations, to brochure and photography, to the manner in which the whole process was handled, everything was super professional!Of particular note was the support given to us by Ellie Lockwood who managed the interactions with other sellers and solicitors in the chain; nothing was too much trouble and she gave us fantastic support despite selling at one of the busiest times in history!All the staff we dealt with were equally helpful and efficient.We thoroughly recommend Fisher German Worcester.

Just called the Worcester office for some info and was met with the rudest, least helpful employee I’ve ever dealt with! Interrupting and talk over me several times when i was trying to answer her questions, made it seem as if i was putting her out by trying to arrange a viewing. Very condescending tone and completely put me off wanting to use Fisher German for any future dealings.

Fisher German were fantastic all the way through the procedure. Jo McElevey came to do the valuation and gave me some really helpful tips to help sell my home. They were ultimate professionals all the way through from showing would be buyers around the house to dealing with the paperwork after the sale. Jo was spot on with the pricing and kept me informed throughout. I would defintely recommend them and if I were to ever move again, they would be the agents I would use.

I can safely say that if it hadn't been Ellie's patience and perseverance in helping to push the purchase through we wouldn't have made the June stamp duty deadline.
