Knights Pharmacy 365 + Travel Clinic

I changed from my local well known franchise chemist due to needing regular access to medications. The previous chemist created endless stress and worries, often not having medicines and refusing to offer information or order ahead. Cannot fault this chemist. Staff are friendly and helpful but most of all, kind and empathic. Never rude or forceful as I had been experiencing elsewhere. Would recommend 100% if needing regular medicines. The opening hours are very helpful if working long unpredictable hours too.

The best pharmacy ever seen in UKSoon they receive the prescription will be ready within 10 minutes.

Judging by the review below it's definitely the same rude staff member my review is about.Rude, inept, incompetent. Illegally filling prescription's. Illegally handing over controlled drugs (of the incorrect amounts and incorrect prescribed items) without a pharmacist's signature. To the staff member you're rude and the other reviews here back me up. Childish staff members who act like petulant children when ineptness is pointed out to them. Don't use this pharmacy they are dangerously inept.

Attended High Street 365 Pharmacy. Ordered medication previous Friday and confirmed received. Went the following Tuesday to pick up at night time. Informed genteleman name and collecting as already ordered previous Friday, off he went. No one else in Pharmacy but one of ther lady member of staff with gentlement. Waited 15 minutes without any acknowledgement. Staff just talking and laughing away packing up prescriptions. I politely asked what was going or was there an issue as not being spoken to for 15 minutes. Lady member of staff rudely then said 'we are doing it' - In other words since previous Friday it hadn't been prepared and i had been stood waiting for 15 minutes whilst they were preparing other people's medications! Unbeliveable. The lady member of staff 5 minutes later brought me the medications but did not seem to think anything was wrong making it worse. Terrible service, will avoid now, no interest and thought the whole thing was funny and a joke. Shame i had to even give it a 1 star, should be a zero star rating.

Brilliant service and very helpful pharmacist. After needing to use the 111 service for an ear infection and being prescribed antibiotics from the hospital with iut being seen.... I was able to collect the antibiotics from this pharmacy as it opens quite early (7am)in the morning in comparison to other pharmacies that don't open until 9am/10am. After feeling like I was being passed around by other pharmacies in the area who didn't seem to know how to recieve someone's prescription from their NHS number, this pharmacy knew exactly what to do and how to help me. The pharmacist even offered to take a look at my infected ear and gave some follow on care advice. I will definitely use this pharmacy again as they seemed to know what they were doing and genuinely cared. Thanks guys.

My prescription got sent there by mistake so I phoned pharmacy and asked roughly where it was the staff member said I dont know. So surely you arrived some how or is this some weird riddle ha. Then the pharmacy stunk of urine and body odor and the staff were rude lacked social skills

These are the emails I sent to complain about the pharmacy and the brief response I received. Since I answered their question I haven't heard from them again, but I do notice that they removed themselves as my preferred pharmacy at my GP and returned my prescription. I'm not too bothered by that, it saved me the effort of doing it myself. I am, however, very angry at the lack of an apology. Long read:'I called earlier today to find out if my prescription was ready, and was advised that it was. On that basis I came down tonight to pick it up. I waited at the counter for a few minutes, but the women in the back did not acknowledge me. So I said 'excuse me' and was asked to wait a minute. Eventually, after about 5 minutes, the pharmacist came to the desk and I advised her of my prescription. There was some confusion about which prescription was relevant, but once we cleared it up she disappeared into the back again. 10 minutes later she came out to say one of the items wasn't available. I said that I had called in advance specifically to avoid coming out for no reason, but if I could have the other two items I would appreciate it.She said they were struggling to find the items and she thought one wasn't in. In the meantime other customers came in and started waiting. We all waited for about 10 minutes before the pharmacist came out to help another customer. I thought the woman the back was still looking for my items but was quite annoyed to discover I was wrong when she came out and started serving another customer. At this point I had been waiting for 25 minutes. When I entered the place was empty. I was very annoyed and told the woman that I had been waiting for a long time and still didn't have my prescription. She started lecturing me saying that they have other work to do and other people to see.I did not appreciate being spoken to that way and told her that I specifically called in advance to avoid delays, had been waiting a long time and still didn't know if I was getting my medication as the last I'd heard they weren't sure if it was there. She rudely said that that wasn't was I was told. She then proceeded to make passive aggressive comments to the other customers along the lines of 'it's not like I've been here since 8:30' and 'where were we, before we were interrupted' while smirking in my direction.At this point I told her she was being exceptionally rude and that I was leaving. She shouted after me 'you are the rude one and I don't have to take this'.Considering that I called in advance to avoid delays, arrived in an empty pharmacy, was ignored when I arrived, didn't receive the items I had specifically called to ensure would be in and then waited 25 minutes for them to move onto other customers, with my prescription still unfilled, finally to be lecturered and passive aggressively commented on to other customers when I expressed my dissatisfaction - I have to say that I am incredibly unhappy at the service I received. Went to get a prescription for my mum who broke her ankle, stated closes at 9pm, 8:55 shutters are down.

Nice clean environment to wait in while the ladies sort out your prescription can sometimes be a little wait but it’s a chemist not a shop

This pharmacy has to be by far the best in Stockton ... they always went that extra mile to get mums meds to us no matter how little notice I gave.All the staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help no matter how big or small your issue may be.Advice given is of a high standard... and on many occasion has saved me a trip or phone call to my GP
